Great option for family or group of friends since this is a 2BR apartment. Location is great for exploring the city, but room is not insulated enough for sound and road noise was a problem. If you’re a light sleeper probably isn’t a good choice. Great value

I had a fantastic stay at Serena Sathorn Suites! The spacious and comfortable room was impeccably clean, and I found everything I needed during my stay. The location is excellent with plenty of street-food options and shopping centers nearby, and it's easy to get transportation to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the host was amazing, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

A family of 2 adults and 1 child stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.I wanted 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, so I looked around and decided on this place. I made a reservation right away because the reviews were good. As the reviews say, it's not clean, but everything is perfect.The room, living room, bathroom, and kitchen are all excellent. What surprised me more was the new kitchen scrubber and laundry detergent. I may have filled it with hand wash, shampoo, body wash, etc., but I sealed the cap so it felt like I was using it again. I was amazed at every little detail like this. If I go to Bangkok again, I will definitely go to Serena. I put everything back in place and cleaned it up before checking out. It’s a place that only I want to know about. I've been to many countries, but this was a truly memorable place. The security guard is also very friendly. I had a great time in an atmosphere that felt like my home. Cleanliness. Clean and the best~~♡
