The moment we arrived we was greeted with fresh orange juice & fruit. Room was perfect for us, any issues would be resolved pronto.My children made friends with owner granddaughter & loved the dogs Mei & Whiskey. All staff was full of smiles & happy to help. The pool was great & mainly had it to ourselves & is at the back so out of the sun a bonus.Breakfast was great price & big portions and optional. We stayed for 11 nights & didn't want to leave. Will definitely be returning.

Personally, I never write reviews but I am telling you this because as a British person it is not worth paying 500 Baht to have one single night here.The staff are rude and obnoxious, they literally let anyone walk around the hotel at any time of the night and I had somebody bang on my window with a 4 inch kitchen blade demanding my passport and money that I had kept in my room.I called the staff and they did absolutely nothing.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay for a week at The Frutta Boutique Hotel with my partner.We went to Phuket in low season, so the hotel was quite unoccupied and quiet.The reception was very friendly, and they gave you options to rent a motorcycle.The room was spacious, had a safe and a place to leave your backpacks and suitcases, also a desk.The shower works perfectly.We had a problem with the air conditioning and upon notifying us they quickly accommodated us in a similar room.The breakfast was great! They treated us with a lot of love at each breakfast and for 150b per person.Every day they cleaned us, they left new towels, coffee and 2 bottles of water. Big plus!! ✨ excellent service.Wifi was decent.As for the location, it was close to a 7/11 and some places to eat, however if you have a motorcycle it is much better!Thank you!!

Rooms are good but not as new as picturesYou receive fair amount of fresh fruits in the breakfast which is my favorite, with a basic buffetEverything in Patong is more expensive than usual, so I guess this hotel price is fair

They’ve given welcome drinks during check-in. Clean and Tidy Rooms.Best place to stay in phuket.rented bike from them and it’s in good condition.I recommend this hotel.

DO NOT HIRE THE TAXIS! This hotel was fine for what we payed in the aspect of cleanliness and room quality but as far as anything special I have nothing to say. The room was in fine shape but littered with bugs, the TV only has cable, and they tried to lock the AC unit upon entry. The worst part was our taxi to the airport for which we payed 700 THB which in retrospect was too expensive and when our driver finally arrived we noticed a little too late into our ride that he had been drinking. He drove 30 KM over the limit and almost got into multiple accidents. Stay here if you like but do not use the taxi service
