You'll have a large clean room but it will be lacking in plugs and the lighting is very dim everywhere..... Breakfast is more designed for the Chinese patron so it is quite bland...... However, the major downside to this hotel is the distance you have to travel to get anywhere..... There is no public transport including sky trains in the vicinity and because of the position of the hotel it is difficult to obtain a taxi.

The check in went smoothly as did the check out. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Let's come to the room: The view from the 22nd floor is excellent. Only the windows could urgently need cleaning.In addition, the room is not like a 4 star hotel. Dust and dirt everywhere. There are also no sockets by the bed. The cleaner was not allowed into the room where I was and cleaned. The light switches are distributed throughout the room, not directly at the entrance to the room, as is the case in other hotels.Regarding the “gym, pool”: in the so-called fitness studio, over half of the equipment is defective. Even there it's dirty.The pool is similar to the pictures, but unfortunately the photos are all edited by the hotel.And last but not least, I come to breakfast. That's a disgrace. Such a big hotel, but such a small selection at the breakfast buffet. Every morning there is only toast and a few small rolls. There is no cheese or anything like that.Conclusion: I wouldn't book it again for the price.

A nice hotel in itself with sufficient facilities. However, less than what you would expect from a 5 star. The bar is said to be open 24/7, although you have to ask reception, so it can sometimes take a while. We had to wait almost 25 minutes before someone came to take our order. Room service is available, but nowhere can you find information about where or when. After asking, it turns out only in the morning from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The day after we requested that information, we wanted to order and this was not possible because apparently there was a meeting, but again this was not communicated anywhere. After reporting to reception that we did not agree with that, they still arranged for us to have dinner, fortunately. The rooms themselves were okay, but very dark! The lights are dimmed and very poorly placed, making the room very dark. The kids' beds were not properly made either... there is a folder in the room that should normally contain information and opening hours, but here there is a menu for room service but without information on how to order and what times. And 2 pages of costs in case something in the room is broken. My suggestion to the hotel is to provide effective information here, such as the hours of room service. Opening hours, breakfast, etc... the cleaning team also starts cleaning at 7am (which is possible, but is usually done as quietly as possible). their noise and pinging from the Line app on the mobile phone... not nice if you want to sleep a little longer after a flight day or a long day full of excursions... the swimming pool was very nice with a beautiful view.

Rooms are good, except the lights (very dark due to lack of good placement). Cleaning crew starts at 7am and makes sure everyone is awake (loud), so not a hotel to get rest. The welcome brochure in the room is 3 pages rules and fines + 1 page with food not mentioning where, how and when it can be ordered. Although the people are friendly, the lack of info about services and timings is very bad, which makes it not worth the stars rating. I strongly suggest them to make up a clear info brochure (timings for restaurant, room service, etc) and to review their laundry prizes (per kg instead of per piece.... 10 baht per sock is crazy).

The lights in the room and corridors are dim (I have stayed in several hotels in a row and the rooms are very dim. I don’t know if this is a Thai characteristic). The environment is clean. The interior items and decoration are clean and comfortable. I live with a child, but the child said he saw something in the middle of the night. There was a dark shadow walking by, maybe the room lights were too dim and it really made people feel fuzzy.Staying for three consecutive nights, I heard loud jumping sounds similar to dance hall music (you can only hear it when you walk upstairs, it does not affect the room).There is a 7-11 supermarket across the road from the hotel, which is often crowded at night. After crossing the road with your back to the hotel, go to the left and there is a market similar to a night market. The food is cheap and delicious. It is available every night, but the Thai drinks Really sweet.We were free to call a taxi during the day. We asked the receptionist to help us set it up for the first time, and then we became familiar with it.At the beginning of breakfast in the hotel, I saw a lot of fruit flies sitting on the fruits on the first floor. The waiters ignored them, and unsuspecting guests would take them away to eat.I am a vegetarian, so all I can eat for breakfast is toast, fried eggs, jam, drinks and fruits. Fortunately, there is frozen vegetarian pork rice and soup available for purchase at Xiaoqi across the street. It is great to have Xiaoqi.

The hotel room is large and comfortable, but the location is very poor. There are no restaurants. You must call a taxi when going out to scenic spots. There is no shopping mall except 7-11 opposite the hotel. The transportation is inconvenient. Do not book a room next to the road. At night, the nearby nightclubs are very noisy and low-frequency. It was so loud that there would be slight vibrations in the room. It was so noisy that it was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep well all night. I won’t stay here again in the future.

We ordered a family room with 1 king bed, 1 pull up bed, and a loft sofa ~ enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids~ the room has most of standard hotel furniture and amenities. Free breakfast restaurant on the 1st floor. Swimming pool opens from 8am to 5pm. ATM and 7-11 convenience stores are within walking distance ~

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area, they also gave me a free upgrade and I got the biggest room on the floor with unlimited, swimming pool, gym, patio, everything is beautiful and with a view of Mahanakhon, I highly recommend it

If I could leave 0 stars, I will do it. Bad customer service, ladies in front desk think that everything is a joke.The conditions of the hotel are really bad, but they will charge you for incoherent things such as their “towels”. Tourists be careful with the prices because they will increase the quantity just because!!

The hotel rooms are very nice, renovated and clean beyond expectations. The lighting in the rooms is inadequate. It has a view of the pool, but the windows are extremely dirty and have never been checked. The staff is great with a solution-oriented approach. By adding indispensable tastes such as yoghurt and cheese to breakfast, alternatives can be increased for those coming from abroad.

Rooms were very comfy and clean. |Breakfast was - ok - needed more western choice for Uk travellers. |There was only curry / rice / noodles for breakfast. |No yoghurt or toast (I felt quite rude asking for more bread) |The pool needs a better lay out and more sunbeds - no sun at all where sun beds were.
