The only way to get around is by taxi. It's a bit far from the subway station. The room is a bit old, but the environment is quiet and the service is very attentive. The room is large and it's very comfortable to stay.

Highly not recommended, the service is very poor, the equipment is old, the bathroom still needs to be repaired all afternoon, and after the repair, there is a pile of iron filings for us to clean up, it is so bad, I advise everyone not to waste time.

The hotel's location is far from the malls, a quarter of an hour to a third of an hour away by car, and some of them are an hour away. The rooms are a nice size, a room and a hall, but the furniture is old, and the smell of the rooms is very bad. I asked them to put air freshener and the same thing. I had to buy freshener and yet the smell is still there. The bathrobes are old and torn. I asked them for an extra quilt, and they said there was none. Ask for it tomorrow. I asked later and they brought me something that was broken once. The sofas in the hall were stained, and the hallways and bathrooms were without air conditioning! There is no variety in breakfast.

Had a pleasant stay at the Summerset, the shuttle to saladaeng metro station is very handy and justify the fifth stars location. The TV has been a pain as the sound was consistently stopping/remote not working properly. Daan, the lady taking care of our room level 26 was a treasure. Doormen are friendly. Spacious room, well equipped.

Not a warm recommendation to a friend. But ok!The photos in the reviews looks professional ...Our room had no atmosphere but for a week it was ok.The cooking area in the room is for simplest cooking, has no broom or other floor cleaner. If you have a small trouble and something dropped one the floor, the hotel charge you for additional cleaning - even if you gave the room cleaners a extra tip for the work.During the night it could be very noisy due to the high speed motorcycles with the damaged exhausts.Doors are thin and if you have noisy neighbors you can enjoy their discussions on the floor.Breakfast became boring by the time and the hot corner could offer less fatty dishes (a lot of oil), chicken should be without skin ect.Gym comes to it's age but ok.Pool mostly occupied by parents with children and just 5 strecher,so enjoy the sound and sit on the floor.The Hotel itself has two vending machines (no other possiblity for a fast snack or drink).Serve your self at the seven eleven nearby.

✨✨My stay at Somerset Park Suan Phlu Bangkok was an absolute delight! The rooms had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind (especially Sim and Jet). They assisted us with activities and transportation, showing genuine care. Waking up to the extensive buffet breakfast every morning was a treat. Our room had a stunning view, and the surrounding area was charming with plenty to do. The hotel's wellness center offered fantastic massages, and having access to the pool and gym added to the experience. Overall, it was a truly lovely place to stay. Thank you guys ❤️❤️

I stayed here for 15 days and what a beautiful apartment. Very spacious 2 room apartment both with ensuites.Our cleaning lady ALWAYS did an incredibly fantastic super clean job.Our porters were exceptional. They went above and beyond, every time. Unloading from the taxis, taking baggage to our rooms.The restaurant was amazing for breakfasts. Everything was cooked to perfection with fresh tropical fruit, wonderful salad bar, Asian food choices along with western breakfast choices and you could return as often as you wanted.The porters were great to help with taxis or tuk tuks. Gave the address and negotiated payment.We will return to this wonderful establishment again. Thank you

My wife and I traveled to Bangkok for elective surgery and this is the recommended hotel to stay at with the company. Great service, apartments are great, staff are wonderful and always wanting to help. Breakfast is an added bonus and delicious. The area itself gets very quiet after 10 which is great for recovering post surgery patients. There is alot around with plenty of restaurants, spa’s, convenient stores and public transport. I would stay here again

All of a sudden and without prior notice the electricity was out and when (we) called the receptionists to inform them, they told us it will be down from 8:30 AM until 3 PM. I was really upset with this and i will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My best stay in BKK over several trips. Location is walking distance from BTS Sala Deng and very convenient. The service apartment is spacious, modern and very tidy. Beds are very comfortable. A home away from home. Staff is very kind and professional. Highly recommended.
