It's like a dormitory, with 5 floors of stairs. The 2nd floor is a daily room. The other parts are monthly, the higher the price, the cheaper it is. Because walking is tiring. The good thing is that you pay month to month without having to make a deposit, insure the room, or make any contracts. The dormitory caretaker is ok, no big deal. 5th floor, room price 5,000 baht, electricity bill 10 baht per unit, water bill 200 baht per head, built-in bed, has a large flat screen TV. Not sure how many inches There is a small closet that comes with a dressing corner, warm water, a refrigerator, and a few shelves in the closet. Air conditioned room, no balcony. Overall ok, convenient to travel, close to convenience stores and banks.

Stayed here in December, The room was specious and plenty of day light, room came up with en-suite bathroom with hot shower, AC, LED TV, and a small wardrobe. Staffs here were very friendly and helpful. Location was just right, in the middle of everything, Bar, 7-11, Family Mart, Restaurant, Pharmacy, and local street seafood.
