I canceled a booking three days before the start of the trip. At first it said I had to cancel the booking through the agency I booked through. But since I booked with the hotel myself, there was no agency. After some back and forth, my booking was canceled. However, to date I have not received the money back. No one responds to my emails, the phone number provided when booking is invalid. I was even in the hotel itself. But no one can be found there.

The great advantage of this small hotel is its owner. He is always on the 1st floor in the lobby, or is available by phone to resolve any issue. He has a great sense of humor, is customer-oriented, and always tries to take part in resolving guest issues. Recommended in short)

Great place to stay and strategically located. If you’re staying at the 3rd floor it has an amazing view over Rawai! Only downside is the balcony looks quite old and keep in mind there is no elevator.

Good value for money. Incredibly nice host and good family. Its possibly best place to be if you are looking for diving. Right at the Chalong Clock Tower Roundabout.

Great time! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights to be close to the pier. Room was quiet and clean. Near many grocery and food stalls as well as a couple different night markets. Owner TinTin was very helpful with whatever we needed. You can rent motorbikes on sight as well as book a tour if desired. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 1 night and decided to extend for a week while training Muay Thai. Really friendly staff, the room is clean and comfortable with cable TV, good AC, good bathroom, mini fridge, balcony with a nice view of the city and Big Buddha... It's on a super busy traffic circle but it's actually really quiet. Only complaint is when I tested the internet is was only 500kbps which is practically unusable (but I bought a high speed unlimited sim card so I don't really care.) Don't overlook this place because of the mediocre reviews, I almost did but am happy and comfortable staying here.

Very good hotel. Quiet rooms and clean. Fridge is big plus. Staf is very nice and helpful, and you can rent motorbike from here. And manager is frendly and speak very good english, and you can books trips or ferry ticeks for her. Nice stay.

Spacious room, very simple but cozy... I like the high and hard pillow... Location is very good though very jam in front of the hostel... The owner also very nice to answer all of our questions... ||Advice: the extra bed is too thin for that price 😁
