Bad. Very bad. Come stay for the day at the cliff side. Arrived in the afternoon and still hadn't checked in. We didn't tell the housekeeper that she was cleaning. This is understandable. We can wait. But when it was time to check in at 2:00 p.m. and asked 3 times, they said that the housekeeper hadn't finished it yet. Until 3 p.m., I still didn't enter the room. I had driven a motorcycle a long way and wanted to rest a bit before going to work, but I couldn't handle it like this. I'd like to ask to go up and clean the building myself😁

The unscrupulous agency tricked a group of Chinese students to come here. The air conditioning in the hotel was damaged, the bathroom was unclean, the bed was unclean, stains were everywhere, the bath towels and towels were all black, and there was no wifi. Such an environment requires such high prices. , In addition, problems with our room were not solved. More than 40 people waited at the front desk for 2 hours, and the manager did not show up to deal with it! It’s not a bad review, it’s almost a call to the police.

The atmosphere was scary. That day, on the 3rd floor, there were 2 rooms, 301 and 306. There shouldn't have been people in 302 - 305, but at 11 p.m., it was almost time to sleep. Hearing the sound of dragging things from the next room, I didn't dare to think further. Hurry, turn off the lights and go to bed.The air conditioner is cool but it takes a long time to feel cool. The old furniture looks like it was from 1987 or maybe longer. I didn't dare go into the pool. It's dark and very spooky. If you think positively, it's good. Reminiscent of childhood Turn on the Suthep Thanin song, it will fit the atmosphere in the room very well. If you bring your girlfriend to have a sweet time Let me tell you, I'm not in the mood. It is recommended to come and sleep alone.

Very bad, the lights are dim and not bright, the room is musty, the furniture is very old, peeling, broken, the bathroom flushes water all the time, having to open the lid and pull the cord. Parking and rooms are very far to walk. The surrounding area is dirty, the room is not clean, it looks scary. See if you will be able to sleep tonight. Very scary.

The room is not okay at all. We went in a large group. There are problems in almost every room. Some water doesn't flow.The air conditioner doesn't work. The staff seemed to be trying to fix it. But it seems like that's all. Can't do anything but accept it. As for cleanliness, I'd like it to be negative even. Some rooms were not cleaned at all, garbage was not collected, foot towels were very messy.

Its an old hotel so the price is justified. Rooms are big and tiedy. And view from room is amazing. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Giving 5 star for the service but washrooms still need maintainance.

This review is coming from the person who arranges a large school activity here.Personally come to organize hotel activities at this hotel.- The staff and the owner are extremely nice and helpful. Even though the lights and water went out. They stay with us until the problem is resolved. And provide various equipment during an activity. 11/10 Customer Service.- The hotel owner and staff are very nice. The service is very good and friendly. Even if the power goes out or the water doesn't flow, they are ready to stay with the organizers until the problem is solved. And also ready to support various equipment throughout the event. Service 11/10- The views and atmosphere are incredible! Setting amidst the mountains and nature, you are guaranteed to get yourself a good picture to post on your social media. The hotel also has custom signs made for you.- There are reviews regarding the light and water. Which I can understand as being of natural cause. We went during the rainy season. And these areas are well known for these problems. But staff managed to fix the problem. Bravo!- Even though there were some obstacles during the activity period, there were some power outages and some water not flowing. But the hotel is ready to stay and help until late at night. It's just that we went during the rainy season. The power goes out often, which is understandable.- To summarize, 11/10 It's the sweetest deal. I totally recommend this to anyone looking to arrange an activity here. or, in general, stay here.- Overall, I give it 11/10. Recommended for those who will organize activities or stay.It's a very worthwhile deal.
