The atmosphere in the Activity Zone is very good, calm, cool, and shady.But the employee named Ple has terrible communication. Call to check times and prices. Asked how much is the price to play 7 bases per person? And what time do you close today? The employee who answered the phone answered that he could play until 4 p.m. And before putting it down, ask us again, is it today? Until driving to the employee, sit and wait. After a while, I walked in and said that today there were no personnel at the base and I couldn't play. Which we were confused about why they didn't tell us from the beginning on the phone. So you don't have to waste time. So I inquired with another employee. I have to praise all the employees for solving problems well. The manager can make a decisive decision. try to help us allowing us to play as intended But it's already felt bad since the first time I got rejected. Leave a message for communication among the team. Let's talk more Provide more information training to employees To prevent problems like this from happening again. and leave a story about the employees who took us to play activities There should be more emotion with the customer. Escape the rain from the national park and come to Jeami. This place is very spacious, interesting, easy to contact, just walk in. The rooms are clean, airy, you can play in the waterfall, walk and exercise. Or cycling is also available, but be careful!!! (Dog poop) 😂😏🤣 Please let the owner take care of this matter.
