The staff informed me that I had been waiting for food for an hour and a half. We were out of stock at the front and we have 2 children. It was raining and we couldn't find another store. Makes it very difficult // In the morning, it's past meal time and we want to order tea. Employees speak badly. They probably understood that we were going to ask for a quota for breakfast, so they were shocked and said that they had to pay. So we said order by paying.

The worst thing is breakfast, there aren't enough seats, there are a lot of customers, very few seats, standing and waiting for a long time, the staff has no way to arrange extra tables at all. Even though there is information about customers who stay My 1 year old child was hungry so he stood and waited.

Not quite worth the price1. Items used are somewhat deteriorated.2. The shower is worn out and makes the water flow very hard and painful.3. Warm water/cold water cannot be adjusted. Warm water for 1 minute returns to cold. If you take a shower within 1 minute, there is no problem.4. The bathroom has a musty smell.5. The faucet has rust stains.6. The glass in the room has stains left behind.7. The towel hanger has fallen off.8. Overall, it shouldn't be 5 stars, very far away.9. Suggest improvements

Super luxurious resort with great rooms and comes with a affordable prices range when compared to other resorts . The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food served in the restaurant is really good authentic thai must try.The pool is very clean.The location is very close to the town and the National park as well. I had such a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back here and stay for longer period on my next trip.

Decent Isaan themed resort to escape from Bangkok. Good service. Staffs are kind, polite and friendly. The room was comfy and clean. Spacious parking spaces and EV parking available.Lots of photogenic spots. Very good vibe. There are ducks, goose and chickens in the resort. Feel like living in Thai North Eastern countryside.Many activities to spend the whole day there. Morning merit making, pool, bikes, spa, watching movie on the yard at night.Excellent breakfast! Love their Thai and Isaan foods, very delicious and good variety of choices. Must try the grilled pork.Very happy and relax while stay here. Definitely come back. Recommended.

The hotel has an Isaan culture theme. including the decoration of the rooms, the food, even the music played in the hotel. In the evening, there are 2 outdoor movies shown per day.The hotel is near the entrance to Khao Yai National Park, very convenient.

Nice place; comfortable rooms, nice beds. Delicious breakfast, good swimming pool. Dinner was pricey and really Isaan, which is why we went out to eat. Helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel nestled 2 mins drive from a small town that hosts exactly one 7-11. Location is as good as it gets in Khao Yai. Service is excellent and the rooms are nicely decorated. Only small let down are the soft beds but that's naggling on personal preferences.

I like all the services here to customers very well. I like the good management of solving problems, even though it's not a problem with the hotel at all, but a problem with the customers themselves. The hotel was very helpful with Support, which was a big surprise and I would like to thank the hotel for taking good care of the three of us, mother and child, this time. Definitely will come back to rest again and will recommend to friends as well.
