The pictures didn't describe this place. It isn't like the pictures on the website. Also, there is a very strong cigarette smell. It is ok to save some money, but definitely, it is not a resort.

Dirty rooms with mattresses on the floor safety deposit box broken in all the rooms makes you pay for a key to use it. Scam bad customer service that a rude and not helpful

Completely shabby, from the balcony we had to walk 2m further along the power line, the air conditioning doesn't really work, only hot air comes out, probably 30 years old and never been serviced. You can't sleep with the window open either, as loud vehicles drive along all the time, music can be heard loudly late into the night and the word massage comes to my ears, so you sweat non-stop at night.The bed resembles a reanimation doll, really uncomfortable.The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, although it was said before, but after that it was cleaned every day.The pool is completely run down, according to the pictures there are loungers there, in reality there was a dilapidated plastic chair, but probably no one wants to go in there voluntarily anyway.The parking lot was about 4 m2 in size and the scooters were also easy to park.Really not recommended for the price, we've had better accommodations with separate rooms, decent, and almost half the price.If you're just looking for something to sleep in and don't mind back pain or sweating, it's enough for you.

The structure is falsely advertised like a 4 stars hotel on booking, it is just a old guesthouse.
The servise is also very bad, no cleaning service.

The check-in receptionist is not sure if it is the owner or not (Chinese). Communication is not ok. The price is higher than some places but the service is not good. There are no tissues, water, provided every day, trash left in front of the room for 2 days is not good. Come collect.

lived for a month, at the beginning of 2023. Convenient location for bike rides towards Katana, and beyond, Naiharn, Rawai, etc. The hotel is ok for the money, even in high season. clean, comfortable. for “to spend the night” - that’s it. The Chinese owner is a decent guy. All misunderstandings were resolved quickly. so as not to worry about choosing accommodation in Patong, I think I’ll come back here again.

Affordable and clean. Hassle free stay with privacy. The owner is a funny and concerned guy. Holding a translator and delivering punch lines :) Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The place is not far from Bangla market and Illiuzions club. 711 is nearby. Massage parlours and bike rentals just in front.

It's a good and reasonably priced accommodation. The staff are very kind and will help you when you have a problem. The owner is not good at English, but he uses the translation function to communicate without any problems. I am also satisfied with the room.
