During the low season it is quieter than usual. The advantage is that there is no disturbing noise. The blanket is thick and soft and not stuffy at all. The pillow is hard, but when I sleep on it my neck doesn't stiffen and when I wake up I don't have aches and pains, which is fine. Polite staff, good service There is a gentle Nong Som waiting to welcome guests downstairs at the counter🐱

The bed is hard, the mattress is hard, the pillows are very hard. The bathroom smells. That sucked the smell back into the room. The toilet can't be flushed, can't urinate heavily, it's not clean, the bathroom looks like it hasn't been flushed, lots of stains, the water flows gently, once is enough, I've warned you.

Poor service, front staff doesn't welcome guests. No love for service Not impressiveAs for the room, the room is quite shabby. Not very cleanThe bed is very hard. Makes it difficult to sleep. The view from the 5th floor, Building B, is slightly obscured by trees. But don't feel uncomfortable.Walk-in prices are quite a lot cheaper than booking from App A.

This is a nice place if you are coming here on your own vehicle because the stores and other places are not in walking distance.Ample of parking, newly renovated rooms, nice and clean. 24h reception, staff is friendly and helpful. Hot water and coffee were provided at the reception. Washing machines are available, there is a small store at the reception.Bathroom was quit small, but overall we are happy with the hotel.

Personally, I'm not very impressed with the room itself. The bed is hard and the pillows are hard enough, which is forgivable. But the bedroom smells very dusty and can even be found on the toilet. And if you stay, please buy water as well. Because the hotel doesn't provide it. Or maybe they forgot our room, I don't know. The location is near the main road, easy to find. But the mountain is like being on the moon. As for the reception staff, they were not very welcoming to guests. Personally, I think that at this room price you can find a better room than this.

Clean rooms, good service staff. All the employees are lovely. There is free wifi as well. For those who are too lazy to walk up the stairs, there is an elevator for you as well. Very comfortable 🥰
