Pleasant hotel, with young and smiling staff. The breakfast is ok: toast, egg, sausage, nugets, mixed vegetables and watermelon. The rooms are clean and pleasant. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The swimming pool deserves more maintenance.

Booked a room so that I could work whilst in Phimai. Explained this to the front desk and we paid to return later. The receipt provided was for less than half the money.On returning to check in the room had not reasonable means to work in and the chairs were metal and likely to cause RSI. Cancelled the room and received half our money back.Early check in is charged at an extra 100thb which is the first time I've ever been charged for that when a room is availableThe reception chairs look like they are falling appart and the whole place is VERY dark.I would steer clear.

The new room is clean, spacious, peaceful, nothing disturbing. The receptionist is lovely and respects the guests very well. The housekeeper is smiling and has very good manners. Whatever she does, she does a very good job. The best rooms in Phimai. This price is not expensive.

Great relatively new Hotel, very nice room, swimming pool, central to large Market, over the road from Tesco Lotus, short drive to old town.

Please improve cleanliness a bit. The room had only lizard droppings. I can't handle it like this. The bed is quite hard. The towels were very hard, the sheets were secretly dusty.
