New building hotel nearly night club district, very recommend for people who love a party all night.The room condition is pretty but it could be better if they clean up a dust on some area. The bed isn't soft as I expected, sometimes it's hard to sleep.This area is a pretty much noise from many bars around here. If you enjoy to hangout and party this place is for you.Located in the entertainment district, this new hotel is perfect for young people who want to hang out all night long.Parking is quite small and narrow, requiring skill.But the employees are interested and helpful.The room is new but in some details such as the door frame. There is still a little bit of dust and debris on the edge of the cabinet. But overall it is considered clean. And the bed is really very hard.The atmosphere of relaxation is not suitable for those who want to sleep soundly or rest to continue their journey. Because of the loud music from drinkers throughout the night. But it is normal for this area. If you like to travel at night, this is a very good hotel. Because the shops are next to and lined up around the hotel.

The hotel is new and clean, beautifully decorated.It is located in an area with many restaurants and is a center for teenagers. There are both chill-out restaurants for drinkers and grilled pork restaurants.Parking is a little difficult to get in and out.There is parking below. If it's not enough, you'll probably have to park in the alley.Under the building is not suitable for large cars, difficult to get in and out.Beautiful room, good bedding, cool air conditioning, hot water, good water pressure.Clean towelsThe room has a balcony. You can go out and smoke.The sounds of drinkers can be heard all night. Doesn't keep much sound.

There are black ants walking around as well, but not many.6. Feel the intention in decorating and doing business but still can't compare with Hop Inn or Som-O.7. The refrigerator smells musty. (Leave it open after the customer checks out.)8. Balcony, lots of small insects.9. The air conditioner is more powerful and cooler than this.10. Work chairs are beautiful but uncomfortable to sit on.11. A big TV is good.12. Free minibar coffee13. Parking is quite narrow and limited (customers may be drivers of motorbikes or small cars, such as teenagers).I wish entrepreneurs to fight the market competition and make it through.

Small room, entrance and exit quite narrow. Parking can park 12 people. If there are a lot of pickup trucks coming in on a day, there will be only 8-10 parking spaces. If you return to the room after 9 p.m., there may not be a parking space.
