The swimming pool was full of bird poop. I asked the staff to change the water, but they didn't. Later in the evening, I heard that I wanted to change rooms. On the first day, the children all drank enough bird poop water. On the second day, they didn't dare to go swimming without changing the water for washing. It's no exaggeration to say that the whole circle was full of bird poop. I sent a letter to IHG, but they just said they were sorry. After all, if you only spend tens of thousands of dollars, no one will bother to care about you.

Highly recommended. However I just feel the quality of materials and general ambiance doesn’t reach up to Intercontinental name. However, the staff were very hands on. I met the executive chef and duty manager daily. Which you don’t usually see in 4 to 5 star hotels.I travelled with my child. Special thanks to the Kids Club team. They took us out to the Swan lake for a walk and to feed the fish.Breakfast was decent. A la carte menu was good and food was tasty.Location is near Toscana Valley and Portofino.I would visit again.

1. Breakfast, dirty dishes, long wait for every service.First day - Order coffee and eggs. Wait until you're almost finished eating other things. You have to follow 2 rounds. It should take almost 30 minutes.Second day - very long wait for a table. The cleaning and table setting staff were not enthusiastic at all.2. There are not enough employees, no one answers the phone from the front desk.3. Security guards should memorize vehicle license plate numbers. It's not like raising your hand to stop the car even though you're driving straight and you're about to park. And asked repeatedly every time I went in and out what I was doing. It felt inappropriate, disrespectful.
