Safety out of 10 gives 1000000Full facilitiesStay in a large room, considered a decent sized hostel.Cool air conditioning, good water flow, clean bathrooms.The bed is soft. There are four pillows.But the room is not soundproof. At night, 2:30 a.m., the door next to the room closes with a bang. Someone knocks. It's so loud that you can't tell if they're knocking in our room or not. Until I had to open the door to see if they were fighting or not.Relaxing noise for people who have to drive in the morning. I would like to leave you with this story.

I just came to stay on August 31, 2024. Well, I reserved it for almost 1 month on the Agoda app, but when I arrived, the room I reserved He pushes others It's like I didn't check to see if someone had made a reservation or not (I had already paid the money from the day I made the reservation).I want you to pay attention to people who book through the app as well.If you're not ready, don't accept customers in the app!!!

It's a good hotel. Motorcycle parking is a little small. But there's a lot of car parking and plenty of space. Located in the 30 September area, it's easy to find things to eat. The rooms are satisfactory. Some rooms have stickers on them, which makes me wonder how they are there. Maybe because it's open for monthly rental. Some rooms have sofas but they look old. The televisions in each room are different, some are new models, some are old models. The main problem in bathrooms is drainage, whether in the sink or the drain pipe. Not sure if after checking in and leaving there was a housekeeper or not. I opened the room once and found vomit in the sink🤢

Close to good food sources, safe, has parking, quiet, clean, but some rooms have a bit of a musty smell from the bathroom.On the 6th floor, the water flow is not strong in some rooms.Sometimes rooms have 4 pillows, which feels good. But sometimes there are 2 cards.If you reserve and do not pay, you will not get the reserved room.Sometimes you can reserve a single bed and get a double bed. I have to repeat this a bit. One report isn't finished! You have to confirm again what time you'll come. If it's past 1 a.m. Even if you reserve but don't confirm, it will be full.Overall it's OK. Come stay at the beginning and end of every month.

Thanks for the hotel manager, we finally got the room with working air-conditioning, but it was the third room we checked-in! On the second room the bedsheets were dirty, with previous guest's hair. Aircon didn't work. And the first room (no working air-conditioning) the window was to the stair. The last room was good and comfortable. There were refrigerator, tv and kettle.

Room available But the wallpaper on the wall is probably peeling because it's damp. There's a lot of dust behind the TV. The room is not very soundproof. Hear the sounds of the next room talking. The entrance is a bit cramped. But overall ok The price is considered worth it.
