The room is big, clean, the bed and pillows are soft and good. The curtains in the room would be very blackout. The bathroom separates wet and dry well. In the morning there is pork porridge to eat (a bit bland). The staff provide good service. There's a parking lot a little further ahead, with plenty of parking. Near the morning market and evening market, 7-11, nearby restaurants within walking distance.

The central location is a clear plus point, as the other hotels in question are located on the outskirts of town (there are no taxis!). The Historical Park is just around the corner. There are also a few restaurants in Phimai.Without a pool, the hotel is not an unreserved recommendation at the moment. However, we were informed in advance that the pool is currently being renovated (as of August 2024). There is still no tourist infrastructure in Phimai. A taxi to go from there in a direction where the bus doesn't go costs a lot of money and requires advance notice because it is called from Korat.The included breakfast was a thin rice soup (tasty). There was a modest American breakfast for 120 B. No recommendation for this, we went out for breakfast on the second day.

😡👎👎Bad service from receiptionPlease allow me to comment on the service. Booked through Agoda for the room price plus additional breakfast. When checking in, the staff informed us that we had reserved just the room rate and stated that the hotel provided free porridge service. You can eat or not. But we opened the booking page to see that we had bought additional breakfast. The employee confirmed that he only received money for the room. And if you want a breakfast set Must pay more Plus the breakfast we chose was porridge...but when booking Agoda there was no box to notify or specify the menu. The employee also told us to contact Agoda to solve the problem ourselves. Because I can't speak English Must wait 9 a.m. And if we want to have breakfast Must pay additional money...In summary,1. Employees do not have service mind.2. Employees shirk responsibility. Let customers solve problems themselves.3. The employee said that he cannot talk to Agoda at this time. Because they can't speak English...what if the customers are foreigners? How will the employees handle it?4. The staff confirmed that we pay for additional breakfast. Even though we showed our booking that we had already bought breakfast.5. The room is nice, looks new, doesn't smell, the bathroom is clean, the air conditioner is cool, the mattress is good and chewy, not so hard/soft that your back hurts. In the morning, free porridge is served. The location is easy to find food, very close to Prasat Hin Phimai. Overall OK, good, impressive.

The room is clean and spacious, the TV screen is very large, the bathroom is spacious. There is an elevator, no need to walk up, vintage style, full power WIFI, many types of food not far away. Can't take a car to walk. The room price is affordable, worth more than the price.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool is under "renovation" and not available! The bicycles offered were also all defective and unavailable. The free breakfast consists of just rice soup and water. All in all not a 3 star hotel. But the rooms are nice, clean and with good beds.

An important reason for choosing this place was the presence of a swimming pool and bicycles available for guests. Vain hope: the staff has candidly confessed that they are out of order, with no plan to reuse them. I wonder if the hotel management is purposely deceptive or just stupid.

The service is super good!The room is new and cleanThey also used a golf cart to take us to see the century-old banyan tree.It was raining heavily when we left and we had to ask the hotel to take us to the bus station.deeply appreciated!The meat porridge provided for breakfast is also delicious, highly recommended.Highly recommended!If you want to stay near Parsat Phimai, this hotel would be your first choice.The room is new and clean, and the receptionist is really hospitable and welcoming.The staff even took us to the bus stop due to the heavy rain.Many thanks!
