My check-in experience was quite frustrating. Living in Hanoi, I chose this hotel for a relaxing stay on July 14th and 15th, 2023, but the check-in process was a disaster. I understand that weekends can be busy, but shouldn’t we be able to check in at 2:00 PM as promised? Unfortunately, there was no reasonable explanation for the delay. I arrived at 1:20 PM and waited for 50 minutes, and as I write this review at 2:20 PM, my patience has worn thin. The room and facilities were average at best, and I haven't tried the food yet. While I can't speak to the weekdays, I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here on weekends. You’ll waste your time, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. This hotel feels more suited for business travelers. Who wants to spend an hour waiting in the lobby? Overall, I can't recommend this place.

Trải nghiệm nhận phòng thật tệ. Tôi sống ở Hà Nội và đã đến khách sạn này để có một kỳ nghỉ thoải mái vào ngày 14 và 15 tháng 7 năm 2023. Nhưng quy trình nhận phòng thật sự không ổn. Tôi hiểu rằng vào cuối tuần, khách sạn thường đông đúc, nhưng tại sao chúng ta không thể nhận phòng lúc 2 giờ như họ đã cam kết? Không có lý do hợp lý nào được đưa ra để giải thích. Tôi đến lúc 1:20 chiều và phải chờ đợi đến 50 phút. Giờ tôi đang viết đánh giá này lúc 2:20 chiều. Điều kiện phòng và tiện nghi ở mức trung bình, nhưng tôi chưa biết về thức ăn. Tôi không biết vào các ngày trong tuần như thế nào, nhưng hãy tránh xa nơi này vào cuối tuần. Bạn sẽ lãng phí thời gian và nhân viên thực sự không quan tâm. Đây chỉ là một khách sạn cho chuyến công tác. Không hơn thế. Ai muốn phải chờ một giờ trong sảnh? Tóm lại, đây là một nơi mà tôi không khuyên dùng.

The hotel boasts a stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean swimming pool. The reception and restaurant staff are warm-hearted and hospitable.

Outstanding hotel!! Immaculate rooms. Exceptional service quality. The water is hot, the bed is cozy, and the towels are excellent. Each room is equipped with a complimentary washing machine and a fully stocked kitchen. They offer impeccable service, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended!

Khách sạn tuyệt vời!! Phòng sạch sẽ. Dịch vụ cao cấp. Nước nóng, giường thoải mái, khăn tắm tuyệt vời. Có máy giặt miễn phí trong phòng cùng với một bếp đầy đủ tiện nghi. Excellent service, the receptionist was very warm and enthusiastic.

Poor service attitudes and room quality. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathtub was uncomfortably small. The entrance for parking was narrow with no assistance, warning, or guidance from the reception staff or guards. Shortly after arriving, my car's door received deep scratches. When I complained about this, the receptionist immediately shouted at me. Be cautious when driving here. Personally, I would never consider returning to Fraser Suite for any reason. The security guard displayed a rude attitude despite the high room rate; additionally, guests are required to pay an extra 25k for parking. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the bathtub was so tiny it felt more like a basin, forcing me to bend my legs uncomfortably during showers. The car lobby entrance was inadequately designed, and there was a lack of proper warning or instructions from the receptionist, resulting in a significant scratch on my car door. My feedback was met with immediate shouting from the supervisor. Overall, I rate this experience 1 star and have no intention of ever revisiting.

Lối vào hẹp cho xe của bạn mà không có sự hỗ trợ, cảnh báo hoặc hướng dẫn từ nhân viên tiếp đón/bảo vệ. Cửa xe của tôi bị xước sâu sớm. Khi phàn nàn về điều này thì nhân viên tiếp đón hét vào mặt tôi ngay lập tức... Hãy cẩn thận khi bạn lái xe đến đây. Đối với tôi, tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại Fraser Suite vì bất kỳ lý do nào... Bảo vệ có thái độ thô lỗ, phải trả một mức giá phòng cao nhưng bạn phải có 25k trong túi để có thể đậu xe, máy điều hòa kêu to kinh khủng, bồn tắm cực kỳ nhỏ giống như một cái chậu, bạn phải uốn éo chân để ngồi tắm. Lối vào sảnh cho xe rất chật, thiết kế không đạt tiêu chuẩn, nhân viên tiếp đón không cảnh báo hoặc hướng dẫn và tôi đã bị xước nặng cửa xe... Tôi ngay lập tức bị giám đốc cắm mặt vào khi tôi phản ánh... 1* và KHÔNG BAO GIỜ QUAY LẠI

Location, location, location—this hotel/apartment not only sits directly above elite fitness, Highlands Coffee, and a fantastic shopping plaza offering a variety of groceries. It’s conveniently close to the flower market, Westlake, numerous bike trails, and walking paths. For first-time visitors to Hanoi, it serves as an ideal starting point to explore and feel safe and secure. Virtually everything you need is just steps away from your accommodation. If you stay here, I highly recommend trying an Italian restaurant I reviewed on Google, “La Fiorentina.” The T-bone steak and mushroom risotto were outstanding—trust me, you'll remember this meal fondly.

This hotel has become my regular goto in Hanoi when on business. The hotel is super clean, service is great, and next store is a fantastic shopping center with everything you need! Highly recommended!

洗衣機不能用，要另外收費。有煤氣灶和鍋具，不知道能不能用。早餐很豐盛，泳池也很有意思，設施也很棒！

酒店非常乾淨，下面就是商場，有超市和吃飯的地方。服務很不錯，剛好遇到生日，自己都忘了，結果酒店上門送了一個生日蛋糕
