Our experience at the restaurant left us deeply disappointed. We were served only half of the dishes we had planned and paid for from the menu, without any explanation. It appeared that others that evening also faced similar issues. Following a complaint lodged by our travel agency, the establishment eventually provided a retrospective reimbursement. Regarding the rooms, they were satisfactory except for the lack of wifi, which was only accessible at the bar. The additional services offered were notably expensive.

Magnificent property and retreat situated in the picturesque Hoàng Su Phì district. The cuisine was superb, and we were warmly welcomed throughout our stay. Once the DT177 road (2025?) undergoes upgrades, tourism in this region will flourish.

Bất động sản và khu nghỉ dưỡng tuyệt đẹp nằm trong khu vực đẹp như tranh Hoàng Su Phì. Đồ ăn tuyệt vời và chúng tôi cảm thấy rất được chào đón trong suốt thời gian lưu trú của mình. Khi con đường DT177 (năm 2025?) được nâng cấp, du lịch trong khu vực này sẽ phát triển.

Our experience at Panhou was exceptional, with friendly locals and a stunning location that shines even in winter (though summer is possibly even better). It's a fantastic spot for hiking, surrounded by breathtaking nature. They're accommodating and can arrange anything you need!

A breathtaking view. A wonderful retreat with a lovely atmosphere. My favorite part of the place is the bathhouse, where you can enjoy a herbal-infused bath. The cuisine here is excellently prepared and absolutely delicious :)

It’s was an amazing trip in Ha Giang. We had an excellent time with enjoyable, relaxation, satisfaction. The people here are so sweet and polite. Breakfast are plenty and delicious. I would highly recommend to everyone. Valued prize. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Fantastic resort, best dinner and breakfast. They have unique hot thermal bathing (included) and excellent massages (around 15$). Beautiful set up in garden with individual houses that host 2-3 rooms. Excellent service and overall location next to a small river (you criss a small bridge to get to the resort).

We had an amazing time the Panhou Retreat. The 2 rooms we had were comfortable. I love the set up of the ecolodge completely surrounded in green. The staff is superfriendly, the food was delicious and healthy and we went on 2 beautiful hikes with a local guide which we really enjoyed. So great to have lunch in local houses to feel and see how people live. The only tip I have is to look at the saddles of the mountainbikes, they were not comfortable. It was okay for a short ride of 20 minutes but could not have gone for hours on them.
