My experience at the resort was quite pleasant, as the space is beautifully decorated, showcasing thoughtful investment in aesthetics. The swimming pool offered a comfortable water temperature, making it an inviting spot for relaxation. The view of the river was impressive, enhancing the overall charm of the place. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, providing valuable information and support throughout my stay. The security guard was friendly and added to the warm atmosphere. Breakfast was satisfying and met my expectations. However, one downside was the condition of the road leading to the resort, which is in poor shape with many potholes. While this issue is not directly the resort’s responsibility, it does negatively impact the overall guest experience. Improving this access road would undoubtedly enhance the satisfaction of visitors, making their stay even more enjoyable.

Trải nghiệm tại đây rất tốt, không gian được trang trí rất đẹp mắt. Khu vực bể bơi có nhiệt độ nước rất dễ chịu. View nhìn ra dòng sông khá thú vị. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ thông tin rất tốt. Bác bảo vệ rất vui vẻ và dễ thương. Bữa sáng được phục vụ rất ngon miệng. Điều duy nhất tôi không thích là lối đi từ đường vào resort quá xuống cấp, đường bị hư hại và có nhiều chỗ bị lồi lõm. Dù đây không phải là lỗi của resort nhưng nó đã ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của khách. Hy vọng resort sẽ chú ý đến vấn đề này để cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ cho khách hàng.

This morning, the receptionist and bellman were exceptionally friendly. I ended up waking up late, missing breakfast time, and by then, the restaurant staff was already cleaning up. I had intended to order some pho and pay as usual, but the staff kindly offered to help me get breakfast without charging me since they still had some food available. I felt terribly embarrassed by their generosity, but I couldn’t help but appreciate their enthusiastic support. This thoughtful gesture made my day feel much brighter, and I would definitely give them 10 points for their outstanding service and kindness.

Hôm nay, lễ tân và bellman rất thân thiện. Tôi đã dậy muộn và quá giờ ăn sáng, khi đó nhân viên nhà hàng đang dọn dẹp. Dự định ban đầu của tôi là gọi một phần bún phở để ăn rồi thanh toán như thường lệ. Tuy nhiên, các bạn ấy vẫn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tôi có được bữa sáng mà không tính phí vì họ vẫn còn đồ ăn thừa. Tôi cảm thấy thật ngại ngùng vì sự hỗ trợ này nhưng đồng thời cũng rất cảm kích. Đáng giá 10 điểm cho sự tận tâm của họ, khiến tôi cảm thấy ấm lòng hơn khi khởi đầu một ngày mới!

Well… the new Emeralda resort is here, but it’s still under the same management! Rated five stars, yet you can’t open the windows in the rooms, there are no balconies, and extra charges apply for using bicycles, as well as for wine glasses and ice in your room. There’s no turndown service, and the room service salad lacks sauce 😁. Plus, fresh orange juice is missing from breakfast! So, where exactly are the five stars? They seem to be included in the room price, of course…

Hum… khu nghỉ dưỡng Emeralda mới nhưng vẫn là quản lý Emeralda! 5 sao nhưng không thể mở cửa sổ trong phòng, không có ban công, phải trả thêm phí để sử dụng xe đạp, để có ly rượu và đá trong phòng. Không có dịch vụ dọn giường và không có nước sốt trong món salad khi gọi phòng 😁 Và không có nước cam tươi cho bữa sáng! Vậy năm sao ở đâu? Chắc chắn là trong giá phòng rồi…

Abbiamo soggiornato solo poche ore in questo splendido hotel situato nelle vicinanze di Ninh Binh ed è stato un peccato non avere il tempo di sfruttare tutto quello che l'hotel mette a disposizione. Bellissima la location, dalla nostra camera si vedevano le tipiche barche a remi mossi con i piedi, bellissima anche la camera, molto grande e dotata di una bellissima vasca in legno. Molto gentile lo staff ed il personale di sala. Abbiamo anche cenato ed abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Disponibili piatti vietnamiti e piatti occidentali. Colazione super.

Superb property in par with nature. If you are a nature lover or an "outdoors enthusiast, then you are at the right place . It's full of tranquility, serenity, & f red peaceful surroundings. Reception & front desk staff are simply awesome to all their guests. Sau Dang & Ann are so hospitable & so are the house keepers. Restaurants have awesome chefs who provide one of the most tasty dishes & a variety of food stuff. Amazing pools for adults & kids separate. Lovely kids play area . I highly recommend this beautiful island .

The hotel is situated in Ninh Bình, a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and known as Halong Bay on land. The view from the hotel is stunning. Our room was huge and luxurious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant was fine. We enjoyed an exceptional stay.

We stayed at the Emeralda Resort in Tam Coc for 3 nights last week. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, I loved the view of our bedroom. The staff is very welcoming, they would help with everything we needed. The Spa is worth checking, loved the massages. The restaurant serves a variety of meals and they are all good. The breakfast buffet is great, especially if you seat by the windows where it's a beautiful view of the mountains of on the other side you can sit below the koi aquarium. We booked two days of tours, and the guide Sau Dang made a perfect schedule for us. We had his attention during all the days, he took me to see the most incredible things. Explaining the history and juice details about the geography and culture of each place we passed and about the Complex of Ninh Binh itself. Thank you Emerald Resort, thank you Sau Dang. You all made our time there lovely! We would love to come back.

We checked in to the Emeralda after a busy day where we drove in from Hanoi, had a great lunch in Tam Coc then hopped in boats for a tour of the caves. After that it was the Lying Dragon hike. All of which, I recommend. But we were tired by the time we arrived at the Emeralda. And it was so nice. So close to the bustle of Tam Coc, but secluded at the same time. We were greeted warmly by the staff and then driven to our rooms. First we repaired to the bar for drinks and then had a quick swim in the pool. Dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant. Very good. Breakfast the next morning was fabulous. Gracious staff. Loved this place. Even provided sandals and robes if we needed them. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Wohl das beste Hotel in Tam Coc. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Pool hat es unseren Kindern angetan. Vor Ort haben wir nach Ausflügen für unsere 2 Tage hier gefragt. Uns wurde ein wahnsinns Programm zusammengestellt! Privater Fahrer plus privater Führer. Wir haben an diesen 2 Tagen so viel gesehen und erlebt, es war super! Unser Guide mit Namen Sáu, fand genau die richtige Balance für uns. Keine überlangen Monologe, zügig gingen wir von Ort zu Ort. Es wurde nie langweilig oder langatmig. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir Hotel sowie Führer!

We enjoyed three nights at this well positioned hotel in Tam Coc. Our room was spacious, clean and had a great view over the river. We ate breakfast in the restaurant both mornings where the choice was immense and delicious. A short walk takes you to the main Street full of bars and restaurants with something to suit everyone. We used the pool at the hotel and had no trouble getting a sun lounger. Maybe in peak season this may be a struggle or maybe they put extra out. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Verwelkomd door buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles zeer schoon en verzorgd. Heerlijk ontbeten. Kamer was echt mega groot. Zeer tevreden mee.
