Room was lovely, hotel is beautiful and swimming pools on roof have stunning views. Restaurant was lovely too and food and service were great particularly by Xuan Nhi who was funny and great conversation and provided great recommendations. Overall would recommend this place even though it’s a bit far out from the centre of town. But if you’re looking for an affordable luxury hotel in Hue you’ve found one.

I came to Hue on a trip with my 2 little sons. They liked the hotel because of the children's play area. They played for hours and didn't want to leave. Swimming pool has a pretty nice view, but there are a few peeling tiles and the hotel are trying to fix it, the number of sunlouge is quite few. Room and breakfast were okay. Reasonable price!

Hue's weather was very hot on the days we were here, so we stayed at the hotel most of the time. This doesn't make the trip any less interesting. We spent all our time completely relaxing and resting. The hotel has everything we need for a vacation, I experienced the Venus Spa in hotel and was very satisfied, the cost is very reasonable, there is a nice gym athletic where I can exercise a little to take care of my health. Nice view of pool to reading book and relax. I feel pleasure stay here !

From my personal experience, I can confirm that the praise is well-deserved. Our first impression upon arrival was a tasteful lobby, where the receptionists in yellow uniforms warmly welcomed us. The friendly bellman promptly handled our luggage and escorted us to our room, even though we were traveling in a group and they managed the luggage quickly. The room itself was spacious, featuring an incredibly large bed and a view of the rice fields. The pool was also large, with a designated play area for children, offering a picturesque and romantic view of the Central Vietnamese countryside. We had lunch at Nhã Viên restaurant, which was beautifully decorated in a traditional Huế style. The next morning, we enjoyed a buffet breakfast that featured a variety of regional dishes, such as Bún Bò Huế, bánh bột lọc, and bánh nậm, which were delicious and distinctive. It's a pity that our tour schedule only allowed for a one-day stay at La Vela Huế. My family and I definitely plan to return in the near future.

This is my second time choosing to stay at La Vela Hotel, but this time in the dreamy city of Hue. What I appreciate most about this hotel is their swimming pool. Although it is not as spacious as the one in Ho Chi Minh City that I went to the first time, it has a lot of children and their laughter brings me so much positive energy. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Hue over many trips, and now look forward to many more stays at La Vela Hue Hotel. The stay was very comfortable, stellar service. Their staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Originally I was concerned the location wasn’t central enough, but the location ended up being great. Without exception, the staff were so gentle and kind with my 2 kids. One of the receptionists even help us to schedule the plan to visit Hue. We will be back!

All was really good, comfortable, clean, especially the rooftop pool and the good restaurant, I don't really know if I got the name of the restaurant right, but it's something like Nha Vien, Vietnamese foods were very tasty here. Prima hotel. Ligt iets buiten de stad, maar met een zGrab prima te doe. Nieuw hotel met mooie kamers en een luxe uitstraling. Het eten in het restaurant was geweldig en het ontbijt zeer overvloedig met een ruime keuze. Wat opviel was het vriendelijke personeel. Iedereen can de schoonmaak tot de receptie waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Amazing infinity pool at sunset. We enjoyed a gentle and impressive afternoon at La Vela Hue's infinity pool with the afternoon tea set included with the room package. Seeing everything from above is amazing. Our room was very comfortable with a very large and soft bed. Perfect breakfast enjoying Vietnamese dishes. The price is very good value for money and the service quality is better than what I expected. I highly recommend the hotel and will return when I have the opportunity to come to Hue.
