Wow, what an amazing hotel! Despite its small size, it's packed with all the modern amenities you could ask for: a pool, gym, restaurant, and spa offering massages and treatments. The staff were incredibly attentive; they remembered my name from our very first meeting and throughout my entire stay. I was amazed and felt guilty for forgetting theirs. Their hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome and grateful to be there. They provided excellent guidance on directions and recommendations on where to visit and how to get around, always ready to accommodate any food or drink requests. I'm already planning to return to Hoi An, largely because of this charming place. Plus, the beach is just a quick 5-minute ride on the hotel's complimentary shuttle, which runs regularly every hour. They even have their own private section of the beach! The water was delightfully warm, like soaking in a salt bath. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it deserves 5+ stars!

Two weeks ago, I stayed at this place in March. Everything was fine until we went to check out and discovered that my remaining money in the suitcase had been stolen. $170 AUD is a significant amount in this country, crucial for our return to Australia. Despite checking the cameras, none were installed in the rooms. There was no compensation offered, not even a voucher. Make sure to keep a close eye on your valuables. I suspected the housekeepers, though I'm relieved nothing else, especially my partner's expensive jewelry, was taken.

Chúng tôi cần số tiền đó để trở về Australia. Họ kiểm tra camera nhưng không có camera trong phòng. Không có bồi thường hoặc phiếu giảm giá được cung cấp. Polite manners, luxurious ambiance, excellent amenities.

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel, its similar to a south pacific resort where restaurant bar and facilities close to pool. Had the best BBQ skewers we have had in Vietnam. Breakfasts were nice with lots of variety, Excellent staff with special mention to the massage lady Anna and front desk staff Sunny and Thomas

這間飯店應該是這次旅途中，孩子們最愛的一間！ 原先是家庭房，但好像出了一點問題，幫我們upgrade到頂樓的兩個房間，雖然看不到海，但有河景可以看，景色還不錯👌 這裏的游泳池，也深獲孩子喜愛，去玩了兩次🤣 雖然附近也沒什麼，但旁邊的小店東西好吃，晚餐來吃，隔天中午外帶回房吃。 飯店的服務很不錯，因為隔天沒有人預定頂樓的房間，讓我們延後checkout，還載我們到下一個地點去～下次可以待多天一點，悠哉啊！！！

The facilities, staff, service and breakfast are all excellent. I recommended this hotel to my children who are planning to go to Hoi An next year.

We enjoyed a lovely Christmas at Wyndham Garden Hotel! Our rooms were clean and beautifully presented - and the breakfast was generous and varied. All of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The Christmas Eve Dinner was delicious and we were entertained by live music and a Vietnamese coffee-making class, plus some sweet carol singing. We didn’t use the spa, as we were busy sightseeing in beautiful Hoi An, but the staff there were so kind and communicative in their own right! Although the beach area near the hotel is a little scruffy in the winter (it also probably suffered during the pandemic), Hoi An itself is absolutely stunning and one of my favourite places in Vietnam. I would imagine the beaches will be lovely again by the time the summer arrives. Hoi An Old Town is around 10 minutes drive away and A Bang Beach around 5 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Mooi hotel gelegen in de buitenwijk van Hoi An. Ligt nagenoeg aan het strand via een klein paadje kan je het strand op. Daarnaast werken ze samen met de beach club aan de overkant waar je gratis een strandbedje kan huren dmv een voucher. Hier is ook een mooi zwembad en ligt aan het strand. Het hotel zelf heeft ook een mooi zwembad en lekker eten. Ze hebben ook fietsen die je kan gebruiken om in old town te komen erg handig zelfs met kinderstoeltjes!

The hotel interior looks traditional and aesthetic. The staff are helpful. They provide a free van to hoi an ancient town and the beach.

이호텔의 장점은 엄청 깨끗한 컨디션입니다 숙소안에서 개미한마리 못봤구여 청소를 정말 진심으로 하시는지 엄청 깔끔햇어요 단점은 올드타운과 거리가 멀어서 불편할수도 있겠네요 저희는 오토바이타고 다녀서 못느꼈어요 그리고 또 단점은 조식이 쏘쏘해요 ㅎㅎ직원들 친절하고 가성비 최고예요 다만 아침저녁 안가리고 짖어대는 개때문에 개박침 ㅋㅋㅌ
