The lack of soundproofing in the room meant that we could hear every conversation in the hallway and neighboring rooms, significantly affecting our comfort and privacy. The hotel was fantastic and definitely worth the cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Beds were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. My only suggestion is a bigger, healthier breakfast selection. Otherwise, perfect.

A luxurious hotel experience marred by extremely poor service. When my family arrived by taxi, it was pouring rain. The car stopped right at the hotel entrance, yet there was no one to provide an umbrella or assist with our luggage. Traveling with quite a bit of baggage due to our vacation, we had to manually carry everything in through the rain. It wasn't until we completed the check-in process that a staff member finally helped escort us to our room. Prior to booking two rooms, I had inquired about adding an extra bed for my younger sibling to share because the hotel was fully booked. The staff confirmed it was possible but mentioned an additional charge of 400k VND and warned it might make the room a bit cramped. I reluctantly agreed. Normally, after payment, the hotel should have automatically provided additional amenities for one more person, but instead, I had to call multiple times before these items were brought up. Later on, I was informed they didn't have the extra bed ready, causing further delay. In the evening, after inquiring again about the bed's status, I was told they didn't actually have one available. Why wasn't this communicated clearly from the start? Are they trying to deceive customers? Why didn't the hotel proactively contact us to resolve the issue rather than making us wait and initiate contact ourselves? The makeshift solution involved using blankets and pillows to create makeshift bedding on the floor for my sibling and me. I reluctantly accepted this compromise.

Khi gia đình tôi đến bằng taxi, thời tiết mưa phùn, chiếc xe dừng ngay trước cửa khách sạn nhưng không có ai ra đón ô hay nhân viên hỗ trợ đưa hành lý vào. Với số lượng hành lý nhiều do đi du lịch, chúng tôi phải tự tay mang vào trong trong cơn mưa. Chỉ sau khi làm thủ tục nhận phòng, nhân viên mới hỗ trợ dẫn lên phòng. Trước khi đặt 2 phòng, tôi đã hỏi về việc bố trí thêm một chiếc giường nhỏ cho em trai tôi ngủ chung vì khách sạn đã hết phòng. Nhân viên cho biết có thể làm nhưng phải đóng thêm phí 400k và phòng sẽ hơi chật, tôi đã chấp nhận điều này. Theo quy định, khi tôi đã thanh toán, khách sạn nên tự động bố trí thêm đồ dùng cho một người nhưng không, tôi đã phải gọi nhiều lần mới được đem lên. Sau đó, nhân viên nói là không có giường kê nào sẵn, khiến tôi phải chờ đợi lâu hơn. Buổi tối, tôi phải hỏi lại lần nữa về việc khi nào bên khách sạn mới kê giường, thì nhân viên lại nói rằng bên họ không có sẵn giường. Tại sao họ không nói rõ từ đầu? Làm sao để lừa dối khách hàng như vậy? Tại sao nhân viên không tự liên lạc để giải quyết mà lại để khách hàng phải chờ đợi và tự liên hệ? Phương án cuối cùng là chúng tôi tự mang chăn gối và trải dưới sàn để ngủ, mặc kệ. Trong phòng, khách sạn cũng nên có một chiếc dù nhưng vào ngày mưa như vậy, gia đình tôi đã mang đi, 2 phòng là 2 chiếc. Ngay tại lối vào của sảnh, có đặt chỗ để treo dù. Khi về, chiếc dù còn ướt nên tôi đã treo vào đó vì sợ nước làm trơn sàn gây nguy hiểm. Khi trả phòng, nhân viên lại nói rằng 'chúng tôi phát hiện thiếu 2 chiếc dù...'. Khách sạn này biết cách đào tạo kỹ năng giao tiếp như thế, vì sao không thẳng thắn nói rằng khách hàng đã lấy chiếc dù? Tôi yêu cầu họ kiểm tra camera ngay tại cửa và cung cấp rõ thời gian gia đình tôi rời khách sạn. Một trải nghiệm rất tồi tệ. Tôi chỉ đánh giá 1 sao.

I've frequented this place numerous times. Initially, I used to order coffee twice a day, but now I opt for filter bags instead. Surprisingly, even in the Netherlands, coffee is not readily available. During breakfast at the buffet, I need to request pre-brewed coffee to last the entire day.
