The property are doubling efforts to ensure the safety and hygiene of all facilities, including regular disinfection, sterilization and provision of enhanced hygiene control and hygiene supplies.
Guests under the age of 19 years must be accompanied by a guardian aged over 20 years.
Maximum children allowed per room is 1.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.

If you move your car from the hotel parking lot or other hotel-designated parking during your stay, KRW 5,000 will be charged upon your return each time to use the hotel parking again.
The amenities provided in the room have been changed from disposable to multi-use.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The listed parking fee includes one exit from the garage per stay. Each additional exit from the garage will incur a KRW 5,000 fee in addition to the listed per-night parking fee. It is the property’s policy that children under 19 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and razors are available with a surcharge.
