Khách sạn tọa lạc trong môi trường rất tốt, chỉ vài phút đi bộ đến các nhà hàng và quán bar cổ kính. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ. Khách sạn cung cấp xe đạp để du khách tham quan thị trấn. Phòng rất rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Chúng tôi nhất định sẽ quay lại khách sạn này lần sau khi quay trở lại.

Trải qua 11 ngày tuyệt vời tại Hội An tại Anantara Hội An Resort. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích, phòng luôn được giữ trong tình trạng rất tốt (được dọn dẹp mỗi ngày), và bữa sáng rất tuyệt vời - đặc biệt là cà phê Việt (đá)... Tôi vẫn còn cảm nhận hương vị ấy! Chúng tôi đã khám phá nhiều điều thú vị tại Hội An và khu vực xung quanh như cửa hàng quần áo, đặc biệt là việc thuê xe máy. Việc sử dụng taxi màu xanh đưa rất tiện lợi và rẻ hơn taxi của resort. Tận hưởng ẩm thực địa phương, cả những quán nhỏ tại khu chợ. Nếu có cơ hội, thuê xe máy để hiểu rõ hơn về phong cách lái xe ở Việt Nam. Hãy thử trải nghiệm mọi điều ở Việt Nam, bạn sẽ thích thú!

Nơi lưu trú tuyệt vời với phòng sạch sẽ, thoải mái, có dịch vụ xuất sắc và buffet sáng ngon. Vị trí thuận tiện cho việc đi lại giữa khách sạn và trung tâm thành phố. Bể bơi tuyệt vời dù có hơi nông và nước ấm. Khách sạn tận dụng không gian sông rất tốt để tạo ra một không gian thư giãn tuyệt vời. Một điểm lưu trú lý tưởng tại Hội An!

The hotel is conveniently located right outside Hoi An Ancient Town. You can walk along the streets or along the river and you’ll be by the market within 7 minutes. There’s a lot to eat and see in the area and the rooms are nicely sized.

Delightfully tranquil destination. We loved our room that was a short walk to the pool and other hotel facilities such as the bespoke tailor on site. The property looked like something from the colonial era and had a very established feel. A special thank you to Phi who accompanied us on our boat tour and then helped us secure our tickets for the memories show. Her service levels were above and beyond, and she really enhanced our visit & made it special. The hotel is situated just a short walk to the old city and all the townspeople we met were lovely. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding.

This is our second stay at Anantara Hoi An. The resort is located on the river minutes walk away from the entrance to the old heritage town. Bikes are complimentary or it’s an easy walk into “town” We love this resort for a number of reasons, apart from extraordinary location. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We are greeted every time we leave our room, from the cleaners, reception staff, chefs, wait staff, pool attendants, to the grounds men. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a range to suit all diets. Special shout out to Chau, who remembered us from our previous stay. The rooms are spacious and I love the mezzanine style that separates the sleeping to the lounging. Bathrooms are large and at last.. bath sheets, not tiny towels. The pool area is divine. The pool water remains cool due to the layout of the trees and buildings. A welcome relief with the heat and humidity in August. Thank you to reception staff who allowed us an extended departure time, due to our late flights. We will return!

As always, Anantara did not disappoint. Beautiful property, next to the river is an added advantage with the evening breeze making it a perfect place to see the lantern laden boats with a beer. Spacious rooms, well kept property but the best is their staff. Always with a smile, happy to help you with suggestions and ensuring that your stay and preferences are customised based on your past Anantara stays else where. The property is also located very conveniently with the market just few metres away. Kudos

Anantara is really the place to stay in Hoi An. Ideally situated - 5mins walk from the heart of Hoi Ah old town, yet offers a nice respite from the tourist buzz. It has a fairly large ground covered by lush garden. The resort is a 2-storey elegant colonial-style building. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very clean. Despite shared corridors, I have not experienced any disturbance over a 3-night stay (garden view room). Gym is very good, the pool gets a bit crowded in the afternoon. As to the food - breakfast buffet is excellent, with a variety of options - catering to different dietary requirements will not be a problem; The Art Space restaurant is great for lunch; For dinner, however, there are better options in town than the resort’s Riverside restaurant. Last but not least - excellent service, people are genuinely friendly and super helpful. Overall - a fantastic choice for Hoi Ahn, highly recommended.

Outstanding hotel a short walk from Hoi An centre. Room was one of the best we have stayed in very luxurious. Staff very attentive and ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay. Pool was excellent and beds very comfy and well serviced for drinks towels etc. Restaurant staff excellent looking after our dietary requirements

Family of four (2 older teens). 3 day stay. Stayed as part of package with Vietage transfer to Quy Nhon. Lovely hotel by the banks of the Thu Bon River. We stayed in a Anantara and river view rooms. Well worth paying the premium, if you can, for the river view but nice rooms overlooking the garden and pool - probably better for families. The Anantrara suite is positioned at the end of the run of rooms and has its own balcony and great views of the boats going up and down the river. We ate at the art cafe (evening meal, deserts the highlight!) and had drinks in the main Resturant/ bar once each - both of which I’d highly recommend. Breakfast was v good. Teams booked myself an my son tennis at a local court and they boxed up breakfast for us as well - nice touch. Location is excellent - either turn left down the road or turn right down the river and 5 minutes later you’re in the old town and all that has to offer - amazing place. Lastly we ordered some suits/ dresses and hotel held on for us as we returned 5 days later - very helpful. There’s a lot of choice in Da Nang and Hoi An proper for accommodation but I’d recommend Anantara above the others as it retains that local feel and is small enough to keep everything personal - another great Anantara resort - Ross (manager) and the team are doing a lot right!

This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you are visiting Hoi An. It’s about 7 mins walk to the old town and not difficult as it’s along a street with restaurants and shops or the river depending on which route you take. However it does mean you can escape the bustle of Hoi An if you need. Staff are very friendly and breakfast has a lot of variety with something for everyone including for fussier younger guests like we had. We stayed 2 nights and could have stayed a lot longer.

Family break in two rooms. Travelling from Hanoi to HCM City, Anantara was fabulous. Rooms well appointed, clean and a very decent size. Two options, river-side or not. Not sure there’s much advantage being riverside beyond the view as the local boats are quite noisy. The walk to the old town just a few minutes away. Food extremely good, cocktails well made, staff utterly charming. All in all a deserved five star rating!

Anantara Hoi A was the first hotel that I stayed in in Vietnam so there was not much to compare but here it goes. The Hotel is just a few blocks away from the Historic Old Town. It is close enough that you can casually stroll over, but far away enough that people are not spilling over the streets in front of the hotel. There is also a nice river path too. The hotel is a large property compared to the other cozy hotels in the area. Our room was in the line of rooms facing the river on the 2nd floor. We could see the river by day and the lantern boats at night. Although the facilities are not new, the rooms are large, well kept, and are very clean. There is a swimming pool and gym on the far side and is mildly popular (especially with families). There are 2 restaurants within the facilities (Hoi A Riverside (Vietnamese) and Art Space (International)), plus a breakfast restaurant (Lanterns). There is also a quaint private dining pavilion near the river (that we used to eat lunch after our cooking classes), that can be used for private dinners. The hospitality is fantastic. You are greeted with a smile from everyone (except for one grumpy guy), and they all know who you are and will ask you how your experience was for anything that you did on premise. They are quick to help and will give you advice (we almost walked to town when it was about to rain had it not been for the nice ladies in the lobby who insisted that we take umbrellas (they were right), or how to eat pho or any other foods correctly. Overall, if you are thinking of staying in Hoi An, I believe this hotel is the one.

After multiple trips to Hoi An over 15 years, my stay at the Anantara was the stand out. Convenient location, luscious gardens, beautifully appointed rooms, excellent food and service., great free activities. I’ll be back.

The best spot to explore Hỏi an old town from. Get out of your hotel and start walking. There’s a love boutique diagonally opposite with stuff for your home and made to order clothes on the first floor. Also walking distance from the famous Phuong Banhmi place. Can’t go wrong!

Lovely place, rooms and dining areas have real character, does NOT feel like a soul-less international chain hotel. Staff are all friendly and warm. We had very hot weather but the air-conditioning in the rooms worked very well. Pool very pleasant. Easy walk to the Old Town for sight-seeing and shopping. The hotel restaurant (the Riverside Restaurant) is excellent.

Hi I have been fortunate as a senior banking executive to travel the world and stay in "nice" hotels.  I would say that none eclipse Anantara Hoi An Resort.  Whilst many can offer slightly higher end finishes none can match the entire experience.  That's because your staff are exceptional without exception.  I've never stayed in a hotel or resort where EVERY staff member graciously engage and make you feel welcome.  From the gardeners to the front office staff.  When I checked in you said "welcome home"   I chuckled but you know what, you and the team truly make it like home.  Please pass on my thanks to all staff.  I understand how difficult is to build a strong customer proposition and how easily it is lost in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work.
