The attitude of the restaurant staff is extremely poor, and although the hotel’s facilities are decent, the staff’s behavior negatively impacted my vacation. With few guests around, we were only allowed to order one dish for breakfast. The quality of the food was disappointing, even worse than that of a small roadside eatery. I would not recommend staying here. My experience in Quang Ngai was very unsatisfactory, and I have no plans to return to this hotel in the future. The overall service did not meet expectations, and the lack of attentiveness made the stay feel unwelcoming. It’s a shame, as the location has potential, but the service needs significant improvement.

Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên tại nhà hàng thật sự rất kém. Mặc dù khuôn viên của khách sạn tương đối ổn, nhưng thái độ của nhân viên đã làm cho kỳ nghỉ của tôi trở nên thất vọng. Do số lượng khách ít ỏi, bữa sáng chỉ được phép gọi một món. Chất lượng món ăn cũng không đạt yêu cầu, thua xa so với một quán nhỏ bên đường. Tôi không khuyến nghị việc lưu trú ở đây. Trải nghiệm tại Quảng Ngãi thật sự không tốt. Tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại khách sạn này nữa.

Đây là một trong những khách sạn đẹp nhất và có dịch vụ tốt mà tôi từng đến. Nhân viên rất lịch sự và chu đáo. Hồ bơi rất sạch và đẹp, đồ ăn ngon miệng và giá cả hợp lý. Mọi người nên thử đến trải nghiệm dịch vụ và ngắm cảnh đẹp của resort ít nhất một lần.

One of the finest hotels with outstanding service I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly polite and attentive. The swimming pool is pristine and beautiful, and the food is both delicious and reasonably priced. Everyone should take the opportunity to experience the excellent service and stunning scenery of the resort at least once.

Had a really bad experience here. When I tried to book an extra bed, there was no staff available to arrange it because the room was booked late, so there was no key. Housekeeping did everything okay except for jamming the outdoor sofa cushion into the bathroom :)))) The on-duty staff were quite clumsy. I called to ask if the kitchen staff could help me open the door to put baby porridge in, but they informed me there was no kitchen staff available, hence no key. In an emergency situation where there's no spare key, what kind of service is this? Everything felt dull from the user interface to the overall setup.

Trải nghiệm tệ hại tại đây khi cần đặt giường phụ, không có nhân viên sắp xếp giường vì phòng được đặt muộn nên không có chìa khóa. Dịch vụ dọn phòng, dọn dẹp mọi thứ đều tạm ổn ngoại trừ chiếc ghế sofa ở sân bị kẹt bên trong phòng tắm :)))) Nhân viên trực ca làm việc lộn xộn. Tôi gọi điện hỏi liệu nhân viên bếp có giúp tôi mở cửa để cho bé ăn cháo vào được không. Tôi gọi điện, nhưng họ vẫn nói với tôi rằng không có nhân viên bếp nên tôi không có chìa khóa. Trong trường hợp khẩn cấp và không có chìa khóa dự phòng, dịch vụ nằm ở đâu? Mọi thứ từ giao diện đến cấu hình đều tẻ nhạt.

Paying £50 a night, I felt it wasn't worth the money. Breakfast had limited choices and didn't match what was advertised. They billed me twice for the room due to issues, and I was surprised that no one apologized in any way. The beddings were dirty, and the floor was also filthy.

Anyone giving a 5-star rating would find it somewhat deceptive. Unclean - poor service - unprofessional staff. Late check-in, late room cleaning resulting in trash left at the stairway entrance. The outdoor bathtub is dirty and unusable. Many spiders. The room mirror is old and spotted. The receptionist lacks a uniform but has a decent attitude. Restaurant staff should reconsider their service attitude. Understaffing leads to numerous shortcomings. The breakfast buffet is disappointing and sparse. Won't return. Those planning to visit should brace themselves :)

Ai muốn đến thì chuẩn bị tâm lý chịu đựng :)

Despite the somewhat rough road leading to the resort, the experience it offers is truly worthwhile. The resort boasts stunning grounds and a wide array of rich services. The newly designed rooms are exceptionally beautiful and convenient. The staff is approachable, gentle, and exceedingly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.

I attended my younger brother's wedding in his hometown and stayed at the enchanting Cocoland River Beach Resort & Spa. What a delightful surprise! The resort is meticulously designed, offering a serene ambiance perfect for a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday. We received a warm welcome from the staff, who promptly served us their delicious traditional welcome drink. They then escorted us to our villas, which were truly impressive. Our villa felt like a luxurious suite, with a separate living area from the bedroom, elegantly furnished and impeccably clean. The tranquil garden views from our bedroom provided a peaceful atmosphere conducive to a restful sleep. The beds were outfitted with high-quality cotton linens, ensuring comfort and a good night's sleep. The furniture throughout the villa was cozy, allowing me to unwind with a good book. The high-speed Wifi was reliable, and we also had a private terrace with a charming loveseat swing, although we didn't get a chance to use it. One of the villa's highlights was the expansive bathroom, exquisitely designed with marble and tile. The vanity featured beautiful his-and-hers sinks with ample countertop space. However, the pièce de résistance was the outdoor bathtub—a stunning pedestal tub nestled in a private zen garden. It was an incredible experience to bathe under the open sky and unwind in such luxurious surroundings. The pools were equally inviting, perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun while enjoying refreshing cold beverages. The hotel grounds were meticulously landscaped with lotus ponds and gardens, a testament to the dedicated gardening staff. We enjoyed leisurely strolls, appreciating the resort's natural beauty and thoughtful design. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday!!! The staff warmly welcomed our group, and quickly had us enjoying the traditional welcome drink (This one is delicious!!), before taking us to our villas, which are impressive. Our villa is a true "suite" (living room separate from the beds) and was nicely appointed, and very clean. We had peaceful garden views from the bed, and slept well, feeling refreshed after a deep sleep! The beds are standard hotel, with 100% high quality cotton linens. The furniture is comfortable so I could relax and read. The high-speed Wifi was great; stable! There's even a private terrace with a swinging loveseat (didn't try it though). One of the highlights of the villa is the bathroom; spacious, luxurious and beautifully designed; decorated with marble & tile. The vanity has beautiful his & hers sinks, with plenty of space. The bathroom's "piece-de-la-resistance" is the outdoor bath!!!! A beautiful pedestal tub, set in your very own private zen-garden. What great way to bathe and enjoy yourselves!! Spent hours in the tub just relaxing!! The pools were very nice, and fun. Great to catch some rays and swim, with a few cold beers to 'ease the pain'!! The hotel grounds are beautiful with lotus ponds and gardens (The gardening staff has a lot of responsibility!!). Enjoyed strolling around, taking in the resort creations. In all, we had great service, great comfort, and a fantastic experience here. If you're looking for a quiet, luxurious, getaway, CocoLand is for you!!! Cheers!!

The one star ratings are accurate- avoid at all cost - staff are ineffective either ignoring your requests (no pool towels, no pool beds), don’t pick up the reception phone or talk about you (ie foreigners under their breath) - its not clean and not worth the stay whatever money you pay - breakfast non existent, similar to staying at a roadside motel - shame given location and potential of the facilities- also no bar or any description not that you would want to sit pool side amongst the exposed wires and dirty disused bar

Everything about this place is terrible. Hotel tried to overcharged us stating that first there was no reservation and after this was mysteriously found, that we didn’t pay for our stay in full. After contacting the booking agency and they tried to contact the property, the hotel hung up on them. When my boyfriend’s sister asked for milk for her baby, they refused giving some reason that milk cow is not good for babies and told her to go to a convenience store laughing at her when she walked back to her room. The rooms are falling apart. Mold, bursted pipe on one of the sinks. Went to wash hands and leaked all over the floor. No cable on the tv, dirty floors and towels, stained chairs, used flip flops, the completely flip flops were used before…. We were also refused to speak with a manager, if there is one and I am pretty sure they pretend that they know how to speak English. The sum everything, this place is a disaster, they take advantage of the fact that there is no other staying options around and try to rip you off.

Tôi thấy dịch vụ cũng hơi vắng vẻ 1 chút. Phòng ốc khang trang và tiện nghi. Nhân viên đón tiếp hỗ trợ khách ân cần chu đáo. Quang cảnh cũng khá thú vị. Hài lòng với chất lượng dịch vụ này.

Mát mẻ, sạch sẽ ,yên tĩnh , thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng và riêng tư, xung quanh khu này có nhiều quán nhậu trên bè nổi sông nước hữu tình.
