The hotel was fantastic and definitely worth the cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Beds were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. My only suggestion is a bigger, healthier breakfast selection. Otherwise, perfect.

Normally, after payment, the hotel should have automatically provided additional amenities for one more person, but instead, I had to call multiple times before these items were brought up. Later on, I was informed they didn't have the extra bed ready, causing further delay. In the evening, after inquiring again about the bed's status, I was told they didn't actually have one available. Why wasn't this communicated clearly from the start? Are they trying to deceive customers? Why didn't the hotel proactively contact us to resolve the issue rather than making us wait and initiate contact ourselves? The makeshift solution involved using blankets and pillows to create makeshift bedding on the floor for my sibling and me. I reluctantly accepted this compromise.

Trong phòng, khách sạn cũng nên có một chiếc dù nhưng vào ngày mưa như vậy, gia đình tôi đã mang đi, 2 phòng là 2 chiếc. Ngay tại lối vào của sảnh, có đặt chỗ để treo dù. Khi về, chiếc dù còn ướt nên tôi đã treo vào đó vì sợ nước làm trơn sàn gây nguy hiểm. Khi trả phòng, nhân viên lại nói rằng 'chúng tôi phát hiện thiếu 2 chiếc dù...'. Khách sạn này biết cách đào tạo kỹ năng giao tiếp như thế, vì sao không thẳng thắn nói rằng khách hàng đã lấy chiếc dù?
