The room was unpleasant, the resort's scenery wasn't impressive either, service was poor, and the staff, particularly the electric car team, was lazy. Tried it once and never returned.

Hi, I'm not sure about everyone else, but I really enjoyed my experience here. The service and food were all good, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. There might be mosquitoes every night in the forest, but staying in the hotel room with mosquito repellent is fine. Despite reading everyone else's reviews and feeling uncertain, I personally liked it and will definitely return!

I am unsure whether the pricing is expensive or affordable, but overall, it does not correspond well with the term "resort", and even less so with the Wyndham brand (despite Wyndham not being considered luxury).

Xin chào, không biết mọi người thế nào nhưng mình rất thích trải nghiệm ở đây, dịch vụ và đồ ăn đều tốt, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Mỗi đêm ở trong rừng có thể có muỗi nhưng mình ở trong phòng khách sạn và bật máy đuổi muỗi cũng được. Mình thích và sẽ quay lại!

Mình không biết giá cả có đắt hay rẻ, nhưng nói chung không phù hợp với từ "resort", và càng không phù hợp với thương hiệu Wyndham (mặc dù Wyndham cũng không phải là sang trọng).

I chose to book a bungalow because I admired the bamboo architecture designed by architect Vo Trong Nghia. Upon arrival, however, my bungalow was situated next to a bamboo-themed restaurant where lively karaoke parties with booming dance music were held. Upon complaining to the management, they offered either a refund (at 8-9 PM in the heart of the forest) or an alternative room, neither of which suited my preference for experiencing the unique bungalow architecture. Prior to my arrival, I had called the hotline number provided by the Front Office manager to inquire about the room, but I was not informed about the ongoing event within the resort. When I queried the manager about this, I was simply informed that there was no requirement to notify guests if the event concluded before 10 PM. Despite paying three million dong for a room touted as 5-star, I endured a night from 7 to 10:30 PM filled with relentless dance music. I declined offers to move to a standard hotel room or to check out early. Families looking for a relaxing retreat should take this into consideration. Moreover, the quality of the food was subpar and the room was infested with mosquitoes. I have never encountered such a challenging experience at a resort, where the service, room quality, food, attitude, and prices were all disappointing. Can five negatives truly justify a five-star rating?

Gia đình mình đã lưu trú tại đây 3 ngày. Mọi thứ ở khu nghĩ dưỡng đạt sự hài lòng gần tuyệt đối . Khu resort rất đẹp , phòng ốc sạch sẽ , thoáng mát . Ăn uống phục vụ tốt , ngon miệng . Nhân viên Lễ Tân và phục vụ tại phòng rất chu đáo và tận tình. Một resort tôi đánh giá 5 sao.

Tới lễ tân là một cảnh đẹp, nhân viên nói dễ nghe ,sale tư vấn nhiệt tình. Đi theo dọc đường resot thì quang cảnh đẹp thoáng mát ,nhân viên thân thiện.chúng tôi đến đây vào mùa thu hơi se se lạnh cái nắng dịu cảm giác thật nên thơ. Phòng ốc thoáng mát, món ăn lạ ngon.nói chung là ok. Đáng để đi.

Tutto perfetto! Resort immerso nel verde nella provincia di Ninh Binh. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima cucina con mangiare vietnamita e internazionale. Cuscini morbidi. Albergo assolutamente da provare.

Tha resort si very huge and well organized. The swimming pool is very good, there is a swimming pool inside too. The staff is very kind. There is also a very good restaurant inside a big hood structure. The atmosphere is quite so is a perfect place to rest some days

The facilities are new, clean, and modern, especially the bed, which is pretty and comfortable. The receptionist is also helpful and supports our early check-in. Breakfast is also good. Highly recommend. I will comeback in the next year with my family

A very belated review, but just had to get it in there. The staff was amazing, and Every little issue we had was resolved very promptly. At first our room had a bad smell but luckily they upgraded us to a suite room with a great lake view. Special thanks to Hana for always giving us the best information and service. The weather seem rainy but it can’t effect our trip. Might come back soon in the new year

Gia đình mình có kỳ nghỉ vô cùng thú vị tại Vedana Resort. Không gian nơi đây yên tĩnh và trong lành, nhân viên lại nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Bọn trẻ nhà mình rất thích chèo thuyền Kayak trên hồ nước xanh. Vợ chồng mình thì ấn tượng nhà hàng làm bằng Tre độc đáo. Lần sau mình sẽ rủ tụi bạn về đây trải nhiệm.

Nhân dịp có chuyến công tác tại vườn quốc gia Cúc Phương, tôi đã được các anh chị bố trí cho căn phòng Deluxe tại resort, căn phòng nhỏ hơn phòng lần đầu tôi ở ( Suite Room ) nhưng hãy nhìn khung cảnh từ căn phòng của tôi xem, tôi rất hài lòng. Chúc resort ngày càng đông khách.

Ajay has been a wonderful host taking care of us and helped us to organize the trips to the attraction in Ninh Binh as well as the national park close by. The night tour with hundreds of fireflies and visiting animal rescue center were amazing, the hiking trip to the 100 year old tree even better. The resort itself is beautiful with a nice pool area surrounded by a stunning nature. The rooms are nice and clear, the staff friendly and very accommodating.

Tôi đã đến Wyndham grand Vedana Ninh Binh Resort vào trong tuần tháng 5/2025, cảnh quan ở đay khiến tôi thấy thật thư giãn khi có chuyến nghĩ dưỡng cùng gia đình tôi, Tôi rất thích được đi bộ vào mỗi buổi sáng và ngâm mình ở bể bơi vô cực. Đăc biệt khi đến đây, tôi đã được chiêm ngưỡng kiến trúc nhà hàng Tre, một công trình đạt giải thưởng quốc tế về Kiến trúc mà tôi đã biết trước đây .Bữa sáng hợp khẩu vị với tôi và cả nhà! nhân viên dễ thương.

Het is een prachtig resort, hoewel ze nog moeten groeien want ze zijn pas 2 jaar open geef ik ze 5 sterren. De service is echt uitstekend en ze verzorgde een mooie tour voor ons met privé chauffeur. We verbleven in een bungalow en wat hadden we een prachtig uitzicht. Ook hebben ze een geweldig zwembad. Er ligt een fantastisch natuurgebied vlakbij het resort.
