Three days before my scheduled stay, they abruptly canceled my reservation, claiming that the card I used for booking was declined. Ironically, both cards I provided had been in regular use without any issues until then. Upon contacting the hotel, I received a nonsensical explanation that the room had been rebooked in less than 10 minutes. Did they actually vacate the room after canceling my reservation? Is this supposed to be a 5-star hotel? OMG!

Còn 3 ngày nữa để ở lại, họ hủy đặt phòng và nói rằng thẻ mà tôi nhập vào lúc đặt phòng không được chấp nhận. Thậm chí hai thẻ tôi nhập vào đều là thẻ tôi đã sử dụng mà không gặp vấn đề gì cho đến gần đây. Khi liên hệ với khách sạn, tôi nhận được câu trả lời vô lý cho rằng phòng đã được thuê lại trong ít hơn 10 phút. Họ đã thực sự di dời khỏi phòng đó sau khi khách sạn hủy đặt phòng??? Đây là khách sạn 5 sao thật sao??? omg

Depending on the season like persimmon in September and cherry blossoms in January, the hotel boasts many seasonal fruit trees, ensuring beautiful photos every visit.

Đây là địa điểm tuyệt vời để thưởng thức cafe ngắm cảnh hồ Xuân Hương ở trung tâm Đà Lạt. Khu vực ngoài trời của khách sạn rất thoáng đãng, có nhiều góc chụp ảnh đẹp. Tùy vào từng thời điểm trong năm như mùa trái hồng khoảng tháng 9 và hoa anh đào vào tháng 1, khách sạn có rất nhiều cây trái theo mùa, mang lại những bức ảnh đẹp mắt mỗi khi ghé thăm.

Tolles Hotel, toller Service, alles im Ambiente einer vergangenen Epoche. Die Zimmer sehen wie in einem Schloss aus. Sehr geräumig. Es gibt eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Es wird ein Afternoon - Tee serviert, welcher im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist. Es gibt ein riesiges Frühstück Buffet mit lokalen und Internationalen Köstlichkeiten. Fazit: Ein perfektes Hotel inmitten von Dalat.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

Dieses Hotel wurde liebevoll und mit viel Aufmerksamkeit für Details restauriert. Man fühlt sich wie in einem europäischen Grand Hotel. Der High Tea am Nachmittag ist inbegriffen und bietet eine grosse Auswahl. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und die angebotenen Touren machen Spass.

Lovely hotel not far from the centre of town. The rooms are large with high ceilings and had a great view over the garden to the lake and the city centre beyond. Staff went out of their way to be of service without being intrusive. The breakfast was very high quality with extensive eastern and western choices.

Felt very special here at a beautiful Hotel. Receptionists looked after us very well. Think their names were Vincent and Tam. The whole place was interesting with fascinating decor. Location excellent with a fabulous view over the lake. Food was outstanding with afternoon tea and food served everyday on the house. Really enjoyed my stay here.

We had a delightful welcome on arriving at the Dalat Palace Hotel from the staff at Reception (Tam and Vincent) the wonderful experience continued from there. Superb clean room with an amazing view. We were grateful to have the complimentary afternoon tea which was delicious. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay special.

This historic property offers a blend of timeless elegance, refined luxury and impeccable service. The stunning architecture, elegant facades, spacious interiors, detailed and enchanting ambience sets the hotel apart from other accomodations I have been to, not forgetting the breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The dining options are exquisite. The high and mighty have been accommodated here which also means it caters to a higher-end clientele. I have no regrets at all for spending my vacation time here. Hope to be back!

Vị trí quá đẹp, n*** Hồ Xuân Hương, trung tâm thành phố nhưng yên tĩnh… Khách sạn thiết kế sang trọng, cổ kính. Chụp hình ở đây thì đẹp khỏi chê! Nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, lịch sự. Ăn sáng cần đa dạng thức ăn hơn và chỉ có 1 cái hơi bất tiện là phải leo thang bộ, nhà có người già thì được hỗ trợ lên xuống bằng thang máy nội bộ nhỏ.

酒店位置很好，座落於春香湖邊的小山丘上，可以俯瞰春香湖景色。酒店裡到處都是法式風情，因為這裏原來就是法國殖民地時期的樓房，客房的裝飾和設施都有法式奢華的風情，感覺很不錯，早餐特別棒，非常精緻，口味也很好，唯一缺憾是價格比較貴，所以衹住了兩晚。

테라스에서 커피만 마셔도 힐링이 되는 공간이었어요. 서비스. 식사 모두 좋았네요. 다시 방문하고 싶어요. 점수 많이 땄어요

The grand lobby entrance matches the imposing structure from the 1930’s. The staff were very attentive when we checked in yesterday. Our room on the first floor was terrible! Small and poky and awful bathroom. No good! I went to the reception and voiced my complaint to the front of house manager, a lovely, accommodating young lady. She was very apologetic and asked us to have a look at another room on the same floor. AMAZING! Probably 4 times the size of our first room. Really grand and a lovely, large bathroom. Thank you! We’ve read plenty of bad reviews of this Hotel and judging by our first room I can understand those reviews. The management, however, turned things around right away and made our stay memorable. If your not happy, just talk to them!
