Chez Tram Homestay is a homestay, not a hotel. That's why we cannot always match the standards of a hotel (we don't provide daily room cleaning, front desk...). However, we always do our best to help you during your stay in our place.
This cozy and spacious apartment is 40 m2 with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with kitchen, and 1 bathroom, located in a small alley, only 50 m (3 minute walk) to the main road. It boasts 3 big windows so it is naturally bright and airy.
The location of the apartment is ideal for visitors to Hanoi, as it allows guests to be close to the Old Quarter (only 3 km) but still escape the chaos and stay in an authentic Hanoi neighborhood with local restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores, quiet neighbors and access to green spaces (parks, lakes)
The family 1-bedroom apartment on 5th floor is fully-equipped (with cable flat-screen TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric single stove top, electric kettle, kitchenware, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, shared washing machine and clothes dryer, Wifi...) and furnished with a beautiful, modern design, lots of natural light and well-ventilated, dual air conditioning.
The building features: Ground Floor: motorbike parking, shared washing machine and clothing dryer. 2nd to 5th floor: each floor has 01 studio and 01 apartment.
The apartment is easily accessed through a front door, to an open courtyard with pretty flower pots, motorbike storage room, and then staircase to the apartment. You are provided with private keys to front door, to motorbike storage room, and to private apartment so that you can get in and out on your own. Nice rooftop garden (with orchids+ small vegetable boxes + chairs and tables) is opened to you.
There is not any lift in the building. You must climb stairs which are not too sloping is 1,2m width. We will help you to carry your luggage when you check in and check our our place.undefined
