I stayed for two nights during my tour and found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was equipped with a smart TV. I would definitely choose to stay here again without any hesitation. Although the hotel is a bit outside of town, there are shuttle buses available, and taxis are reasonably priced. I want to clarify my previous message to the owner—I didn't intend to complain about my experience at the hotel. I am truly satisfied with my stay and did not mean to convey any negativity. The hotel is splendid, immaculate, with a staff that is genuinely friendly. The restaurant team (Tiên, Quang, Nhi) provides exceptional service, leaving a lasting impression with their hospitality and efficiency.

Room was lovely, hotel is beautiful and swimming pools on roof have stunning views. Restaurant was lovely too and food and service were great particularly by Xuan Nhi who was funny and great conversation and provided great recommendations. Overall would recommend this place even though it’s a bit far out from the centre of town. But if you’re looking for an affordable luxury hotel in Hue you’ve found one.

I came to Hue on a trip with my 2 little sons. They liked the hotel because of the children's play area. They played for hours and didn't want to leave. Swimming pool has a pretty nice view, but there are a few peeling tiles and the hotel are trying to fix it, the number of sunlouge is quite few. Room and breakfast were okay. Reasonable price!

Khách sạn thân thiện! Điều mình ấn tượng nhất về La Vela là sự thân thiện của các bạn nhân viên khách sạn. Gặp ai cũng nhẹ nhàng lịch sự, tươi cười, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Phòng ốc cũng ổn so với giá tiền. Tuy khách sạn không nằm trong trung tâm nhưng mình đi taxi vào trung tâm cũng chỉ 5-10 phút thôi, với sự tư vấn của các bạn nhân viên khách sạn thì mình cũng không tốn nhiều thời gian lên lịch trình, đi chơi vui vẻ, thoải mái. Hồ bơi tầng 17 đẹp, view rất đẹp, có thể nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố. Nhà hàng ăn sáng không gian đẹp, món ăn đa dạng. Đặc biệt, tầng 3 có nhà hàng Nhã Viên, không gian rất phù hợp với ẩm thực Huế. Còn có cả các dịch vụ thêm về cổ phục Cung Đình. Tôi và gia đình có trải nghiệm rất đáng nhớ tại đây. Các bạn phục vụ thì trẻ trung, năng động và rất chuyên nghiệp. Hổ trợ rất nhiều. Có dịp mình sẽ quay lại!

Ấn tượng đầu tiên khi đến khách sạn là sảnh và bãi đỗ xe rất rộng, nhân viên chào đón nhiệt tình. Bạn Hằng ,nhân viên bộ phận lễ tân đã giúp đỡ đoàn mình nhận phòng sớm vì gia đình mình có 3 trẻ nhỏ với thái độ vô cùng thân thiện, bạn nhân viên trực bể bơi cũng rất dễ thương. Ngoài ra ,bể bơi rất rộng, sạch sẽ, có chỗ vui chơi cho trẻ em. 10 điểm dịch vụ. Cảm ơn khách sạn đã tiếp đón đoàn mình chu đáo, mình sẽ còn quay lại 🥰

Hue's weather was very hot on the days we were here, so we stayed at the hotel most of the time. This doesn't make the trip any less interesting. We spent all our time completely relaxing and resting. The hotel has everything we need for a vacation, I experienced the Venus Spa in hotel and was very satisfied, the cost is very reasonable, there is a nice gym athletic where I can exercise a little to take care of my health. Nice view of pool to reading book and relax. I feel pleasure stay here !

Before choosing La Vela Huế as the summer vacation destination for my family, I read many online reviews about the place and was pleasantly surprised by the numerous positive comments on the hospitality and attentive service of the staff. From my personal experience, I can confirm that the praise is well-deserved. Our first impression upon arrival was a tasteful lobby, where the receptionists in yellow uniforms warmly welcomed us. The friendly bellman promptly handled our luggage and escorted us to our room, even though we were traveling in a group and they managed the luggage quickly. The room itself was spacious, featuring an incredibly large bed and a view of the rice fields. The pool was also large, with a designated play area for children, offering a picturesque and romantic view of the Central Vietnamese countryside. We had lunch at Nhã Viên restaurant, which was beautifully decorated in a traditional Huế style. The next morning, we enjoyed a buffet breakfast that featured a variety of regional dishes, such as Bún Bò Huế, bánh bột lọc, and bánh nậm, which were delicious and distinctive. It's a pity that our tour schedule only allowed for a one-day stay at La Vela Huế. My family and I definitely plan to return in the near future.

This is my second time choosing to stay at La Vela Hotel, but this time in the dreamy city of Hue. What I appreciate most about this hotel is their swimming pool. Although it is not as spacious as the one in Ho Chi Minh City that I went to the first time, it has a lot of children and their laughter brings me so much positive energy. The entrance to the hotel reminds me of the street corners in my city. A big plus for this hotel!

Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi đi du lịch Huế cùng với bạn bè nhưng lại chọn thương hiệu La Vela Hotel nhưng lần này ở thành phố Huế. Để mà so sánh thì tôi ưa thích La Vela Hue Hotel hơn. Ở đây phòng ốc thì khá là rộng rãi và view đẹp mắt - nhất là đồng cỏ xanh tươi. Buffet bữa sáng ở đây rất ngon cùng nhiều món khác lạ. Dù bể bơi ở đây không dài và rộng như ở Sài Gòn nhưng tôi cảm thấy ổn và chấp nhận được. Thứ mà tôi ấn tượng nhất là set trà chiều bên đây rất là ngon, đẹp mắt cùng với view quê nội đồng cổ thì thật sự là một trải nghiệm mới và tuyệt vời đối với tôi. Các bạn nhân viên cũng khá là thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Tôi khuyến khích các bạn nên đi La Vela Huế nếu muốn tìm hiểu nhiều hơn về các di tích lịch sử cũng như thưởng thức các đặc sản ở đây.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Hue over many trips, and now look forward to many more stays at La Vela Hue Hotel. The stay was very comfortable, stellar service. Their staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Originally I was concerned the location wasn’t central enough, but the location ended up being great. Without exception, the staff were so gentle and kind with my 2 kids. One of the receptionists even help us to schedule the plan to visit Hue. We will be back!

I especially want to recommend the hotel's Nha Vien restaurant for its wonderful experience. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. I am impressed with Hue cuisine in general and the dishes at the restaurant in particular!

The service, room and restaurant were exceptional! All was really good, comfortable, clean, especially the rooftop pool and the good restaurant, I don't really know if I got the name of the restaurant right, but it's something like Nha Vien, Vietnamese foods were very tasty here. Everything works very well. Front office and bells were so nice. Little bit outside but so nice, thank you souch for this unforgettable experience. I will be back! Thanks again!

Prima hotel. Ligt iets buiten de stad, maar met een zGrab prima te doe. Nieuw hotel met mooie kamers en een luxe uitstraling. Het eten in het restaurant was geweldig en het ontbijt zeer overvloedig met een ruime keuze. Wat opviel was het vriendelijke personeel. Iedereen can de schoonmaak tot de receptie waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Amazing infinity pool at sunset. We enjoyed a gentle and impressive afternoon at La Vela Hue's infinity pool with the afternoon tea set included with the room package. Seeing everything from above is amazing. Our room was very comfortable with a very large and soft bed. Perfect breakfast enjoying Vietnamese dishes. The price is very good value for money and the service quality is better than what I expected. I highly recommend the hotel and will return when I have the opportunity to come to Hue.
