As a Tour Guide with experience leading numerous groups in this area, I recently had a group of 19 guests staying for three nights from December 15 to December 17, 2023, occupying a total of 9 rooms across five floors. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the hotel room keys, which failed to work on several floors, creating significant inconvenience. To manage this situation better, I made a call at 9:20 PM to request the room numbers in advance, hoping for smoother organization and to address any potential problems. Regrettably, the front desk staff proved to be unhelpful, leading to a protracted check-in process for my group. A particularly concerning aspect of this experience was the dismissive attitude exhibited toward both myself as the guide and my guests. When I inquired about welcome drinks, a staff member named Cường responded with a curt, 'We don't have welcome drinks here!' while displaying a rude expression and a dismissive smile. Such behavior is certainly not reflective of the expected service standards. Later, I had a meeting scheduled with the Manager at 9:30 AM on December 16. Even though Manager Tyler was present, we were made to wait until 9:49 AM, almost delaying our group’s departure. Tyler’s lack of professionalism and indifference was evident when he remarked that this was simply their way of operating, regardless of any issues faced by us or our guests. As a guest myself, I would rate the service as 1 star due to the poor quality we experienced, and I anticipate that many other 1-star reviews will emerge from my fellow Tour Guides to prevent future groups from encountering such inadequate staff.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the accommodations and the attentive staff. During my five-day stay, the front desk team and bellboys, Peter and Henry, were consistently friendly and helpful until my departure. While there’s a club nearby, the noise from the sea view side was a bit disruptive until midnight. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The manager, Chan, is incredibly friendly, and the location in Da Nang is fantastic. It’s close to the beach, and the rooftop pool is delightful, although there is a bit of noise issue.

The location is truly lovely, offering stunning views of the sea. The breakfast met all expectations. I must highlight Henry, the concierge, who consistently went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service!

Quản lý Chan rất thân thiện và địa điểm ở Đà Nẵng thật tuyệt. Gần biển và hồ bơi trên mái rất đẹp, nhưng có chút vấn đề về tiếng ồn.

The location is excellent. The room was tidy and comfortable. Great value for the price.

I had a disappointing experience and wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. The noise level outside was unbearable, particularly when staying in the sea-view rooms. The beach parties went on until midnight EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Even after closing all windows and curtains, the noise was still intrusive. If you tend to sleep early or are sensitive to sound, I advise you to steer clear of the sea-view rooms. Due to the constant noise, we opted to switch to a city-view room that was priced lower. I had paid extra for the gorgeous sea view, and I felt it was only fair for the hotel to refund the price difference after I changed rooms. However, they flat-out refused and insisted that the room change was OUR fault. How could it possibly be OUR fault? A hotel charging this amount should at the very least provide a quiet environment for guests to sleep. It’s baffling that requesting a peaceful room could be considered our FAULT. I was genuinely hurt by their rude response. I then reached out to the IHG customer service hotline for assistance, but the connection was poor, and the call was frustrating. To my dismay, the hotel charged me for calling IHG the following day. This is simply unacceptable. Anyone considering booking this hotel should think twice! While Danang is a beautiful city, VOCO is truly a vacation ruin.

Dù tôi đã đóng tất cả các cửa sổ và rèm lại, tiếng ồn vẫn còn nghe thấy. Nếu bạn đi ngủ sớm hoặc nhạy cảm với tiếng ồn, hãy tránh phòng hướng biển. Do tiếng ồn, chúng tôi đã chuyển sang phòng hướng phố với giá thấp hơn. Tôi đã trả thêm tiền để có được cảnh biển tuyệt đẹp. Khách sạn nên hoàn lại chênh lệch giá sau khi tôi đổi phòng, đúng không? Nhưng họ từ chối và nói rằng việc chuyển phòng là CÔNG CỦA CHÚNG TÔI. Làm sao có thể là CÔNG CỦA CHÚNG TÔI???? Một khách sạn với mức giá này ít nhất nên cung cấp môi trường yên tĩnh cho giấc ngủ. Tại sao yêu cầu một phòng yên tĩnh lại là lỗi của chúng tôi?? Tôi cảm thấy cực kỳ tổn thương bởi câu trả lời thô lỗ này. Sau đó, tôi gọi đến đường dây nóng dịch vụ khách hàng IHG để tìm sự trợ giúp. Kết nối kém và cuộc gọi không diễn ra suôn sẻ. Ngày hôm sau, khách sạn TÍNH PHÍ tôi vì đã gọi đến đường dây nóng IHG. Điều này thật sự không thể chấp nhận. Ai đang nghĩ đến việc đặt phòng tại khách sạn này, xin hãy đừng đi! Đà Nẵng là một thành phố đẹp nhưng VOCO chắc chắn là kẻ phá hủy kỳ nghỉ.

I came here on a company trip and found the room very comfortable, the breakfast delightful, and the service excellent. Additionally, there’s a beautiful beach located near the hotel.

A very warm welcome from the team when I arrived. Booked sea view room with balcony and I highly recommended it! The infinity pool is great too. Enjoyed my stay there very much with smiley staffs everywhere.

Amazing room view of the beach. Knowing that my bday is here, they sent a cake and a handwritten card to me in the room on the actual day. They even sent a welcome fruit plate and handwritten card too on our 1st day. Great effort and much appreciated of their sweet gesture. Woke up late for bf and we called to check if we still can proceed down to eat. They made an exception to extend the food line hours for 15min for us to take the food and enjoy. Would like thank the team for this exceptional servixe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families. Hope to go back there again.
