It's disappointing that such a fantastic hotel is marred by rude, incompetent, and unhelpful management staff. It could easily be a five-star establishment if the staff were more professional.

My experience at Lady Hill resort was fantastic. It's perfectly located with stunning views. The staff, especially Nhớ, was exceptionally helpful, driving us into the city and providing excellent recommendations.

The hotel is a bit distant from Sapa center, but there's a shuttle bus available, so transportation isn't an issue if requested 30 minutes prior. Note that the Fansipan cable car is just 5 minutes away, offering complimentary rides upon request. The room wasn't comfortable in mid-March; it felt slightly cold and humid without heating, so I ended up sleeping in a bathrobe haha. Staff attempted to fix it but to no avail. However, the view was stunning ㅠㅠ Overall, it was a decent experience 👍 Avoid ordering room service; I ordered ravioli priced at 16,000 won and was disappointed with just five pieces, not to mention the taste...

Khoảng cách từ trung tâm Sapa hơi xa, nhưng có xe đưa đón nên không gặp vấn đề gì về giao thông nếu bạn yêu cầu 30 phút trước giờ xe. Lưu ý rằng cáp treo Fansipan cách khách sạn 5 phút đi bộ, nên các chuyến đi bằng xe đưa đón được cung cấp miễn phí khi yêu cầu. Phòng vào giữa tháng Ba không thoải mái lắm. Cảm giác hơi lạnh và ẩm?? Không có hệ thống sưởi, nên tôi ngủ trong chiếc áo tắm haha. Nhân viên đã đến và chăm sóc, nhưng không có tác dụng. Tuy nhiên, cảnh quan từ khách sạn rất tuyệt vời ㅠㅠ Tổng thể là khá tốt 👍 Vui lòng không đặt dịch vụ phòng. Tôi đã đặt mì ăn liền với giá 16,000 won, nhưng tôi rất thất vọng vì chỉ có năm miếng ravioli. Hương vị không phải là tuyệt vời...

Located just outside the bustling town of Sapa, this outstanding hotel is relatively new, ensuring cleanliness and a well-staffed team dedicated to guest satisfaction. Our experience was nothing short of excellent. We particularly enjoyed the company of the efficient bartender (we believe his name was Va Chan), who was always prompt and friendly during our stay. Additionally, there were other helpful staff members at reception whom we unfortunately did not catch the names of. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. The housekeeping team took care of our laundry and returned it neatly folded. Our stay at Lady Hill was truly enjoyable, and we highly recommend it to everyone! Please note: Although the hotel is a short drive from Sapa town center, it offers a free shuttle service or you can take a taxi for 100,000 Dong. The distance actually enhances the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the hotel, making it a positive aspect of our stay.

Một khách sạn tuyệt vời ngoài trung tâm thành phố nhỏ Sapa. Khách sạn này khá mới nên rất sạch sẽ, có đội ngũ nhân viên tận tâm, luôn sẵn sàng làm hài lòng khách hàng. Chúng tôi không có gì để chê trách. Đặc biệt, chúng tôi rất thích sự phục vụ của anh nhân viên bar xuất sắc (chúng tôi nghĩ tên anh là Va Chan), lúc nào cũng nhanh nhẹn và thân thiện khi phục vụ chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Ngoài ra còn có những thành viên khác ở bàn tiếp tân (không nhớ tên của họ) luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ. Các phòng được trang trí đẹp và rộng rãi. Đội ngũ giữ gìn nhà cửa đã giặt quần áo của chúng tôi và trả lại sạch sẽ gọn gàng trong một chiếc rổ. Chúng tôi thực sự thích thú với kỳ nghỉ tại Lady Hill và sẽ rất đề nghị đến với bất kỳ ai!

I have traveled to more than 35 countries worldwide, and I must admit that the hotel room with the most stunning view I have ever experienced is at this Resort. Everything is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly. It offers 5-star service at a very reasonable price. Every morning, we woke up surrounded by mountains and clouds, gazing directly at the Fansipan summit - 'the rooftop of Indochina' - like something out of a fairy tale! 😍

Tôi đã du lịch hơn 35 quốc gia trên toàn thế giới và phải thừa nhận rằng phòng khách sạn có tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp nhất mà tôi từng ở là tại Resort này. Mọi thứ đều xuất sắc. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Dịch vụ 5 sao với giá cả hợp lý. Mỗi sáng thức dậy, chúng tôi được ngắm nhìn những ngọn núi và đám mây bao quanh, nhìn thẳng vào đỉnh Fansipan - “nóc nhà của Đông Dương” - như trong một câu chuyện cổ tích! 😍

Stunning hotel with a beautiful swimming pool and well-appointed rooms. Dining at the restaurant exceeded expectations. Simply delicious!

너무 좋았어요 사파 다른 호텔 있다 왔는데 로비부터 키즈존 수영장 객실 뭐하나 안좋은게 없어용 객실도 밝고 청결하고 판시판가는 케이블카타는 정원도 가까워서 리조트에서 언덕내려갈땐 태워주시고 트램타고 시내내려갔어요 ㅎㅎ 아이들이 어려서 판시판은 안올라가고 정원구경만하고 너무 좋았던 리조트입니다!!

What a stunning hotel, great view of Fansipan and easy access, they provide free daily shuttle bus to and from the town Great customer service and easy communication , they go above and beyond to help with many requests, they help with the setup of the wedding proposal decoration which was so stunning and exceeded our expectations, thanks to the team who assisted with the setup Breakfast buffet had so many choice and varieties for different nationalities with great quality food and hygiene Couldn't recommend more if you are planning to come to Sapa for a visit

The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special mention to the concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local tours and dining options. Facilities: 5/5 Excellent The facilities at the resort were top-notch. The spa services were incredibly relaxing, and the swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the lush gardens provided a serene environment for a leisurely stroll.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the City Center. Had views of the mountains from the Bungalow and views of Fansipan during Breakfast. One of the best resort to stay in. Service Stuff were exceptional and polite in every way - helped out when we needed assistance and carefully explained when there’s a need to. Bellboys where at your service everytime you reach the lobby, reception stuff were always fretting you and ensuring you’re feeling at home. Stayed in the Sam Moc Bungalow away from the main building. Yes surely there were in convenience, but there were complimentary buggy rides around. Heated pool was crowded at the point we went, outdoor pool was freezing, it be in the mountain. All in all, We will revisit again if possible!

Luxury hotel on top of the hill. Easy accessible to Fansipan. Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service to Sapa Town. Room was clean and excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks to John for his help throughout our stay - recommended us for the day trip, get tickets, book the shuttle service. Breakfast spread was excellent.

酒店新，乾淨。餐飲有待提高。但對於我之前住過沙巴其他的酒店已經很好了。
