The most luxurious hotel in Chau Doc, its exterior showcases construction and architecture that rivals the best in District 1. The hotel is conveniently situated by the river, offering a spacious and airy environment. I particularly appreciate the warm and enthusiastic staff who make you feel welcome. Being located in the heart of the city, it’s right across from the Co.op supermarket, adjacent to a lovely park, and surrounded by numerous cafes. Plus, the Chau Doc market is just a short drive away, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local attractions.

Khách sạn sang trọng nhất tại Châu Đốc, nhìn từ bên ngoài, thiết kế và kiến trúc không khác gì so với các khách sạn ở quận 1. Không gian khách sạn xây dựng bên bờ sông rất thoáng mát, mình rất thích sự niềm nở và nhiệt tình của các nhân viên ở đây. Khách sạn tọa lạc ngay trung tâm, đối diện là siêu thị Co.op, bên cạnh là công viên và xung quanh có nhiều quán cà phê, chỉ mất vài phút lái xe để đến chợ Châu Đốc, nên việc di chuyển rất thuận tiện.

Khách sạn tuyệt nhất ở Châu Đốc. Nếu bạn đang băng qua biên giới Việt Nam vào Campuchia bằng thuyền, thì đây chính là nơi bạn nên ở lại. Bến tàu nằm phía sau khách sạn. Nhà hàng phục vụ những món ăn tuyệt vời và các phòng cũng như hồ bơi đều được chăm sóc cẩn thận. Nằm ngay bên dòng sông, bạn không thể chọn sai khách sạn này. Nhân viên rất tuyệt!

The finest hotel in Chau Doc awaits you. If you’re traveling from Vietnam to Cambodia by boat, this is the perfect place for your stay. The jetty is conveniently located at the rear of the hotel. The restaurant offers exquisite cuisine, while the rooms and pool are impeccably maintained. Positioned right along the river, you can’t go wrong with this choice. The staff are outstanding!

Its Victorian/European architecture has served as a luxurious landmark in Châu Đốc for decades. The pool is situated on the ground level, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with a view extending over the river that leads straight to Cambodia. This river route is popular among guests booking the 4-hour speedboat to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The rooms are impeccably clean, designed, and adorned with sturdy oak furniture. Breakfast offerings are dynamic, meaning it ranges from a buffet with a blend of Western and Asian dishes when bookings are sufficient, to à la carte service from a set menu when not. It's worth noting that many high-end hotels in Vietnam supplement their income with domestic tour groups, which can lead to late-night and breakfast noise that may deter international visitors. We stayed at Khách sạn Victoria Châu Đốc twice and did not encounter such disturbances.LOCATIONThe hotel enjoys a strategic location on a tri-river landscape, arguably the best in all of Châu Đốc. The traditional market is a 10-15 minute walk away, with coffee shops and fast-food stalls lining the streets. Exploring other interesting parts of the city still requires a motorbike.SERVICEVietnam is gradually moving away from an “OPPORTUNIST” economy. Training employees to perform their duties professionally and refrain from seeking “OPPORTUNITY” from guests can be challenging. This hotel, however, boasts a competent management team. All staff members are well-trained, with most having adequate English skills for their specific roles, and importantly, maintaining professionalism in the presence of guests. Overall, we would rate Khách sạn Victoria Châu Đốc 5.0 out of 5.0 for its value and the experience of our 2-night stay on 5/8/2024 and 5/9/2024 (our last stay was in 2023 for 7 nights).

Victoria Chau Doc Hotel, We preferred the outdoor river view swimming pool, nice location, perfect service. thank you so much for all the great service. We did enjoy the biking around hotel ( complimentary bicycle). Victoria Chau Doc Hotel is number one in An Giang. It was a big surprising by offering my group the gift voucher for our next coming back trip. Big big thank for all the staff. hope to be back in next year.

The staff, ambiance and extra touches (drinking water always available), made this one of my favorite places on our recent 24 day trip in Vietnam. The staff were super helpful and kind. I really enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning looking out onto the river. My husband and I played a lot of billiards. I loved the feel of this resort and appreciated the discounts on the restaurant and spa.

This hotel is in a lovely position with great views over the water. We visited as part of a tour and only stayed for one night I would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was nice with a pleasant view and I enjoyed swimming in the pool after a long day of travelling.
