Our experience at Pullman was absolutely fantastic! The service exceeded our expectations, especially the perks for Diamond members like the room upgrade. Located perfectly, the hotel offered exceptional staff and service. Our daughter adored Thuy at the kids' club! We highly recommend staying here. The only drawback was the weather, limiting our outdoor activities.

Tôi đã đặt phòng vì nhìn vào hình ảnh trên trang web thấy khá đẹp, nhưng thực tế, khách sạn đã khá lỗi thời. Phòng tắm không có cửa, và tùy thuộc vào cách sử dụng, nước có thể bắn ra ngoài. Tôi ngạc nhiên khi thậm chí khi kéo rèm cửa phòng tắm xuống, tôi vẫn có thể nhìn thấy từ phòng. Quản lý cỏ đẹp. Trước mặt có một siêu thị, rất hữu ích.

I made a reservation based on the appealing photos on the website, but upon arrival, the hotel appeared quite outdated. The bathroom lacked a door, leading to potential splashing issues depending on usage. I was surprised that even with the bathroom roller curtain lowered, visibility from the room into the bathroom was not obstructed. The lawn maintenance was commendable. The presence of a supermarket conveniently located in front of the hotel was beneficial.

友人と2人で、4泊宿泊しました。 ホテル内は水まわり含めてとても清潔でとっても快適でした！ 部屋のシャワーとトイレの水圧も、日本と変わらず使いやすかったです。 朝ごはんのビュッフェでは、ベトナム料理ももちろん、パンやフルーツ、和食・韓国料理などが頂けます。 日替わりでメニューが少しずつ変わるので連泊しても楽しめました！ プール・ビーチも映える&綺麗で、ライフセーバーもいるので安心してのんびりできます。 チェックアウト後も、その日のうちでしたらプール・ビーチ・シャワー・リフレッシュルームなどが利用できて、出国まで快適に過ごせました！ コンシェルジュの方と顔見知りになってたくさん良くしていただきました！ありがとうございました。また利用したいです。

하루정도 풀로 리조트에서 비치 및 수영 등을 즐기기위해서 이틀 연박 힌곳 !! 하이난 풀만도 너무 만족해서 기대하고 다낭에서도 풀만 이름으로만 예약한곳!! 너무너무 만족하며 여행 마무리 했네요! 아 리조트에서 바라보는 새벽 일출은 최고!!

수영장이 작아서 놀랐어요 수영장 보고 가시는거면 푸라마 가세요 그 외엔 다 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 직원들 친절하고 방도 쾌적하구 좋았어요

酒店位置很好，附近有好食的食店，按摩店及甜品店，酒店設施不錯，有私人沙灘，泳池亦寬闊，健身房，瑜伽班也一應俱全，房間十分乾淨，下次一定會再次入住

Wonderful resort with direct access to My Khe Beach. Comfortable and spacious room, with balcony looking into the garden/pool. The other good thing is that Pullman resort introduces new dishes in the breakfast buffet daily, with a wide spread to energise your day. K-mart is just opposite the resort, with different eateries along the stretch of road too. Friendly staff.

I give 5 stars for all the above said, beach is perfect , swiming pool amazing , the staff very freindely and good location , not noisy at night and really relaxing trip . Hoghly recommended. Small story about my umbrella , i used the hotel ambrella to go to da na Hill trip as it was expected to rain but lucky was not raining day , i lost the ambrella during the day , it is long ambrella and could not put inside a bag . Hôtel charges 600.000 . So if you want to go out don’t worry , several place selling ambrella for cheap also at any touristique area , no need to use the hotel ambrella
