I haven't had the opportunity to try out the accommodation services at Aurora yet. My family reserved a table for lunch at the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The staff was polite and courteous, and the food was exceptionally tasty. An aunt of mine had previously dined there, found it delightful, and decided to bring our family back. The prices were fair and reasonable. After finishing their meals, the kids enjoyed running around and playing without any discomfort. I also managed to capture two great photos for a review post. 🤪 Even though I haven't stayed at Aurora, my experience dining there was wonderful. The courteous staff and delicious food made it a memorable occasion. The reasonable prices and child-friendly environment were definite highlights. Snapping a couple of photos for social media was a bonus. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to visit again.

Một người dì của mình từng ăn ở đây và thấy ngon nên quay lại dẫn gia đình mình đến. Giá cả ở đây thì vừa phải và hợp lý. Sau khi ăn xong, các cháu nhỏ thoải mái chạy nhảy vui chơi mà không gặp bất kỳ khó chịu nào. An aunt of mine who had eaten here before found it tasty and came back to bring our family. The prices here are reasonable and moderate. After eating, the kids were able to run around and play comfortably without any discomfort. I also took advantage of the moment to snap two photos for a review post. 🤪

Upon entering the 4-star hotel, I scanned the QR code to declare my health as requested by the staff. While I was in the process of declaring, the staff member said, “It's okay to ignore it!”. So why did they ask me to declare in the first place? I was almost finished with the declaration when they said it could be ignored. If you want things done properly, then do them properly; otherwise, don't bother. I just arrived at the reception but haven't seen anyone yet.

Đến khách sạn 4 sao, quét mã QR để khai báo Y tế theo yêu cầu từ nhân viên. Trong khi đang khai báo, nhân viên nói, “Không sao, bỏ qua cũng được!”. Vậy tại sao lại yêu cầu KH khai báo từ đầu? Có thể gần hoàn thành khai báo rồi mới nói bỏ qua được. Nếu muốn làm đúng thì làm đúng, còn không thì thôi. Tôi mới đến lễ tân nhưng đã cảm thấy không hài lòng rồi.

Everything meets the 4-star standard and all is good. What I dislike the most is the fully closed glass door. Ventilation is poor.

The only reason you would find yourself in Bien Hoa is for business or ( like me ) family reasons. I stayed 8 nights at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is also a reasonable size but the shower is over the bath meaning it is quite a big step over the baths side when entering or exiting from a shower. The Aurora has one of the best bathroom kits I have ever seen. As well as the usual kit there is also shower cap,Emery board and a vanity kit which I discovered had packaged cotton earbuds. The soundproofing in the rooms is woeful. Coughs, conversations and TV from adjoining rooms was easily heard. Air con and Wifi both good. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well equipped gym. Now to breakfast, all I can say is, as a Westerner , go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed, though eggs are cooked to order. All staff were helpful and pleasant

Tôi đi nhiều ks không nơi nào làm vậy? Đặc biệt tôi là khách của Mytour khách của công ty, tôi ở phòng 1,5 triệu/đêm. Cảm giác bị coi thường không đủ tiền trả hay đền cho ks những phát sinh. Đề nghị Mytour làm việc lại với ks!

Good location, right in the centre of Bien Hoa. About 70 min to airport. Staff are helpful to get me taxi.

房間較大，特大床是由2張單人床拼起來的。房間的隔音差，上網信號不好好，時常會斷。早餐普通。衞生間的排氣扇的聲音太大。

対応や設備、なんの問題もないです。これまではホーチミンに宿泊していましたが。会社から近いこちらを利用してみました。ひどい渋滞もなく、通勤が楽でいいです。また利用します。おすすめです。

The room is very spacious with plenty of furniture: Bed, bedside tables, desk, closet, couch. There is an area to make tea/coffee with kettle and mugs supplied. TV, frige, safe, WiFi, AC is all there. The bathroom is also spacious with extra shower. Everything was clean. We had a nice view over the city from our window. The breakfast buffet was very good. On the top there is a gym and swimming pool. There are also a few tables up there which we used to work. The hotel is near a big mall where you can do some shopping (also groceries) and where there are many restaurants to have a quick bite. The hotel is in the middle of the city with lots of shops, traffic etc. around, but inside the hotel everything is calm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Have a pleasent stay there aa they arrange connected room so my family can able to talk to each other in the room saving them the trouble to go in and out of room.
