My family holds several Azerai vouchers as we are customers of Novaland. Last November, I phoned to make a reservation. Upon calling, the first question from Azerai after the greeting was not about the date of stay or number of guests, but rather "Are you using a voucher?" I was somewhat surprised by this at a five-star resort. It seemed unprofessional. Acting on instinct and honesty, I confirmed I was using a voucher. Immediately, the staff responded, "I'm sorry, we're fully booked." They didn't even inquire about my preferred dates. Today, I called to book for December 23rd, and again, the initial query was "Are you using vouchers?" My response was affirmative, and once more, I was told, "I'm sorry, we're fully booked until the end of the year." Frustrated, I called from another number and stated I wouldn't be using the voucher. Surprisingly, Azerai then confirmed availability for all room types, including garden view rooms (the rooms applicable for vouchers). Feeling upset, I called Azerai again to seek clarification. This time, explanations were confusing and contradictory. Azerai mentioned a contractual agreement with Novaland not to accept guests from December 23rd (the date of my booking) due to peak season, attributing any voucher discrepancies to Novaland's error and suggesting I take up the issue with them. However, this doesn't align with my experience as three weeks prior, around November, Azerai claimed no availability when I mentioned using a voucher, suggesting possible dishonesty on their part. I earnestly hope Azerai will provide a satisfactory explanation.

Everything seemed fine until encountering specific issues.1. Room: Good, meeting cleanliness standards deserving of 5 stars. However, for those requiring more sophistication, there are certain issues: curtains that do not sufficiently block light and are open at the sides. The sliding door is slightly ajar, allowing a few insects to occasionally fly in. Nevertheless, I've already sprayed to exterminate mosquitoes, so there's no need to worry. Some detailed designs are a bit subpar for tourists, but they are few and only the observant will notice.2. Service: Good, with minor issues regarding the food such as being overly well-cooked leading to excessive ordering. Service needs to be quicker.3. Location: Excellent, yet there's a significant issue due to a smell emanating from the food production area across the river. It will surely be noticeable during 5 months of adverse winds. Okay, I'll return, except during the monsoon season.

Ensnared in the lap of luxury, we found ourselves confined for a trio of nights. Azerai Can Tho epitomizes pure, unadulterated luxury, boasting a sleek, contemporary design that permeates every corner of its vast expanse. From the moment of arrival, the boat journey from the Pavilion to the hotel swiftly transports guests to the idyllic setting of the small islet occupied by Azerai. Despite being a mere five-minute ride away from the mainland, the islet feels like a secluded universe, offering the option for guests to shuttle back and forth at their leisure. However, the question arises: why would one want to depart? Although informed of the complimentary hourly boat rides, we willingly confined ourselves to the hotel premises for the entire duration of our 72-hour stay, briefly contemplating daily excursions to the mainland for sustenance and entertainment but ultimately succumbing to the irresistible allure of Azerai's luxury. During our stay, we took full advantage of the scheduled leisure activities, including daily gym sessions, poolside relaxation, tennis matches, and leisurely bike rides around the islet. All our meals were savored at the sole operational restaurant (with the second one reserved for weekends, unfortunately beyond our visit). The breakfast experience was particularly delightful: a buffet-style feast presented in an à la carte format, ensuring minimal wastage and consistently fresh offerings with each order. Service was prompt, with the fruit juices and coffee standing out for their exceptional quality. The abundance at breakfast left us satiated well into dinnertime, even after engaging in daily workouts and sports activities. While acknowledging certain critiques regarding the variability in the quality of dinner offerings, we found the impeccable service and presentation to be more than compensatory. The pricing at the restaurant struck us as fair, even modest compared to similar luxury establishments in destinations like Bali, the Maldives, or New York City. Despite encountering a minor setback with a staff member, the issue was gracefully resolved by the charming GM, Gary Tyson, a testament to the hotel's exceptional management and staff. We suggest upgrading the gym facilities with additional equipment such as squat machines and bench presses. Lastly, we found it somewhat restrictive that there was no provision for guests to express additional gratitude to outstanding staff through supplementary gratuity; while an automatic service charge is applied, there's no option to leave extra gratuity on invoices, leaving us unable to adequately reward standout service. Perhaps integrating such an option into dinner or high tea invoices would be beneficial. This final point serves as our acknowledgment of the exceptional experience we had and our desire to express sufficient gratitude to the staff. Many thanks for a memorable experience.

Rs có rất nhiều hoạt động cho gia đình - mảng xanh đẹp yên bình. Nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo với khách - bếp trưởng nấu ăn ngon và rất chiều khách. Sẽ quay lại nhiều lần trong tương lai.

Resort tách biệt với bên ngoài, nhưng có cano đưa rước 24/24, trong resort phong cảnh bình yên, rất thích hợp nghỉ dưỡng. Từ resort đi qua bến Ninh Kiều rất gần

Khách sạn sang trọng siêu tốt, với những căn phòng xinh xắn, mọi thứ siêu sạch và tốt. Hồ bơi đáng yêu trong khung cảnh yên tĩnh và thanh bình tuyệt đẹp. Có khu spa và massage.

Các nhân viên được đào tạo rất tốt. Resort có kiến trúc và thiết kế đẹp, vật liệu chất lượng tốt, mọi thứ đều được hoàn thiện và bảo dưỡng tốt. Các món ăn vượt quá mong đợi; từ bữa sáng đến bữa trưa và bữa tối.

Vị trí hoàn hảo, một hòn đảo ngay trước trung tâm Cần Thơ nên rất dễ dàng tham quan thị trấn vào buổi tối. Thiết kế đơn giản nhưng trang nhã.Thực phẩm nổi bật, tươi và ngon.

Đó là một khu nghỉ mát rất yên tĩnh và xinh đẹp. Thức ăn ở đó là hảo hạng. Chúng tôi yêu thích thực đơn bữa sáng gọi món của họ.

Was passing through, and Azerai was recommended. (on our way by boat from Con Dao Islands, to leave via Can Tho airport the next evening.) Never thought of Can Tho as a destination...but, after this stay, I plan to bring my parents (from the USA) to Azerai. They would love it. The service, from when we arrived at the arrivals pavilion (one must take a little hotel-provided boat from the mainland to an island where the hotel is—the small boat is romantic in itself: it crosses the river, and then enters a private inlet), all the way up to and including entering our room. From dock, to reception, to room staff took care of us professionally (friendly, true professionalism, not stuffy or snobby like so many local, self-appointed "5*" hotels can be). It appears all rooms are duplex villas which feel very private. We took advantage of the provided bicycles...riding, observing monkeys, birds, and squirrels. Food was excellent and the chef or a manager came out near the end of each meal to ask how it was. On this note, as was my friends birthday, I asked for "something special". They set a table by the side of the lagoon, with lanterns. We had a romantic dinner (see photo). After dinner, they brought out a birthday cake! We really did not want to leave...but we had to. I recommend, and will return again. I heard Azerai was creating new properties, and I can't wait to try them out. Note I felt compelled to review Azerai on TripAdvisor and Google and Agoda, so to save my time I'm pasting the same review. This is NOT a fake review, it is my sincere appreciation to the management and staff for an outstanding experience.
