Khi đặt phòng không thấy ghi phòng có view ra sao, và mình đã phải ở một phòng mang tiếng 4sao ,giá hơn 2 triệu 1 đêm, nhưng lại có cái view (hướng nhìn từ phòng) tệ nhất trong số các khách sạn 4 sao mà mình đã từng ở.

Vị trí thuận tiện. View thoáng mát. Phòng đáp ứng nhu cầu của gia đình. Tuy nhiên hơi ồn. Ăn sáng tạm ổn, mặc dù không đa dạng.

Bao Loc is a tranquil city with few residents. I choose this hotel because of its lake view. After I checked in, I found that lake near hotel is too small and room with limited space. It makes me a little disappointed, but staff served with enthusiasm and behave politely and patiently.

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.
