Nice service. Kindness staffs. Great view. We had great days. They have great food for breakfast and also their free afternoon tea set was great. They have nice swimming pool and there is beach in 1 min from the pool. All the location and services was great.

Great place, food is very good. Large Bed . Every one here is very wonderful. Bellmen, housekeeper are so helpful, receptionist Y really helpfull, smilly. The weather here is also very nice. The view of infinity pool is very spendid. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

What a lovely property the owners are wonderful. Overlooking the beach the rooms are fabulous and you are just by the beach the sunrise should not be missed. Best located in the properties are the semi circle cottages facing the beach. This though located slightly off the main circuit is highly recommended and comes highly recommended

We just spent 7 days at Bliss Hoi An. And absolute bliss it was. The staff here are truly what makes this resort so good. From the ground staff, cleaning staff, wait staff, day spa ladies, barmen to the pool staff they were all so friendly and welcoming. We loved each and every one of them and it was hard to say farewell. The rooms are huge, our bed was the biggest bed we have ever seen! Clean and with great amenities. The pool was excellent as was the clean beach. We had delicious food, and I have to say the breakfast buffet was something else. The fresh fruit exceptional. We had fantastic facials and massages, the tea on arrival at the day spa was very special. We could not fault Bliss Hoi An and highly recommend staying here. It is a good 20 minutes out of Hoi An but we liked that because this made it very peaceful. They have a courtesy bus that will take you in at 4 different times a day, so you are sorted. They also have a concierge that can assist with tours. Go and see these wonderful people, you won't be disappointed.

Just pure bliss. The rooms are beautiful. Really well appointed, with great air conditioning and amenities. We stayed in one of the bungalows and really enjoyed its proximity to the pool, beach, and bar. The staff are also super: friendly, accomodating, and professional. The spa was great as well. I can highly recommend both the Signature Trigger Point full body massage and the foot reflexology massage. The therapists really know what they’re doing. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet are all really good, with great local Vietnamese options to choose from.

mrs Suong was really warm and welcoming during our stay. She guided us on the hotel. The facilities available are also very enjoyable and feels truly like a vacation! I will definitely come back here if I visit Hoi An again! Thank you so much !!

Very relaxing resort away from the crowds to spend the time in the Hoi An area August 2024 The Bliss Resort Hotel is a low rise resort with a private beach located about 25 min south of Hoi An. Rooms are spacious and offer good standard quality. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. If the bed is too hard or the pillow to soft, staff will be able to provide a solution (e.g. selection of different pillows). A/C pleasantly quiet. Food prices at the restaurant are fair. The Italian Night Buffet Dinner is underwhelming and should be skipped. Bus service to/from Hoi An is provided FOC and works very smoothly. If you are there ask for Ms. Phuong if you have any question/request. She is a very pro-active and unobstruvie member of the crew and a pleasant person to deal with. Will definitely stay again.

Second visit here after about a year and pleased to stay standards have remained high. Beautiful rooms looking out to the ocean, large pool, great breakfast and friendly staff who do everything to make your stay perfect I note after a year they have made positive changes obviously in response to feedback but it’s hard to fault this place. Yes like all along this ***** of coast they are isolated and there is little in the way of local restaurants or marts so you are locked into the resorts good and drink. This is offset by an excellent and regular shuttle into Hoi An old town which has everything you need.

Staying at Bliss Hoi An was the greatest experience ever! The staff helpfull and always smiling, the garden very well mentained and green, the breakfast rich, the pool clean and the beach very beautiful. So, a big 10 for you guys! Thank you guys!

A blissful beachside stay! Loved the green surrounds, air conditioned room and HUGE swimming pool. Pool was quite warm as very hot days, so I preferred the ocean. Loungers in shade on beach and beautiful clean water in a netted off area. The staff are all polite & friendly- special mention to Ben in the spa and dining room, Phuong on reception & Nguyen who mixed an amazing strawberry margarita poolside. Food was plentiful and delish. Spa treatments heavenly esp hot stone massage & facial.

Amazing tip notch service. I had 2 personal situations and Phuong helped me out within minutes. She went above and beyond to help me and made me feel comfortable. Staff at this resort are incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. Shuttle service to Hoi An old town is also very convenient.

A beautiful resort with the most accomodating staff who went out of their way to make sure guests had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautifully designed and the poolside experience was super relaxing with a great food and beverage menu.

A very dear Thank you to Bliss Hoi An. We had a wonderful welllness break. Our bag was delayed and the team politely and diligently helped us get it delivered. The team at front desk Suong, Phuong and others were helpful. Chi and Chef Tan at the restaurant were just amazing. Chef Tan is a deeply skilled chef. Eating his food at lunch was as if God himself served us. We had the Papaya Salad, Hoi An Chicken, Pineapple rice, Fish and Chips. Much gratitude. I will return just to get fed by Hand of God. Lovely resort. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Professional, friendly staff from the front desk team of Phuong, Tuan and Dan to the charming and ever helpful Thu in the dining room. The food was good and the service efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you BLISS.
