1 cup fresh spinach, rinsed and dried

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil and sesame oil. Brush the mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Layer spinach leaves, cut into ½-inch strips, and spread them over the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella and arrange sliced mushrooms on top.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust edges are golden and crisp.
