Asparagus Pasta Delight
Ingredients List

1 ½ pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces

¼ cup chicken broth

½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

8 ounces angel hair pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.

In a nonstick skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the asparagus for about 3 minutes, then add the chicken broth and sliced mushrooms. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and transfer it to a serving dish. Toss the pasta gently with the asparagus mixture and top with Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper.
