Cooking Instructions

Start by placing the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until crispy and browned. Remove the bacon and save the drippings. Crumble the bacon and set it aside.

In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the diced potatoes. Season with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook until the potatoes become tender and golden.

Once the potatoes are soft, stir in the crumbled bacon. Pour beaten eggs over the mixture and cook until set. Top with shredded cheese and cover the skillet to let it melt.
