4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (16 ounce) package bacon

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and onion powder. Rub half of the spice blend onto the chicken breasts.

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 to 4 slices of bacon, depending on size. Place the wrapped chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining spice blend on top.

Bake in the preheated oven until the bacon crisps up and the chicken is cooked through, with clear juices running, about 25 to 30 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
