1 multigrain bagel, split and toasted

2 slices dill pickle

¼ cup shredded carrot

1 leaf lettuce
Instructions

Spread a layer of cream cheese onto a toasted bagel. Add Cheddar cheese, pickle slices, shredded carrots, and lettuce on one half of the bagel; top with the other half of the bagel.

Cut the sandwich in half and wrap it in plastic wrap or foil. Pack the sandwich into a lunch bag with an ice pack to keep it fresh.
