Baked Chicken in Foil Packets

6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

½ cup cornstarch

¼ cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

¼ cup Kikkoman Hoisin Sauce

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

¼ cup chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons minced ginger

2 cloves garlic, chopped

18 (12-inch square) pieces aluminum foil
Instructions

Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl, mix cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, cilantro, ginger, and garlic. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Fold each sheet of foil in half twice to create a 6-inch square. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each foil square. Fold the foil into a triangle shape, sealing the edges tightly. Arrange on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and no longer pink.
