Instructions

In a multi-function pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot), combine water, black beans, onion, cilantro, olive oil, and salt. Close and seal the lid. Set to high pressure according to the manufacturer’s instructions and cook for 40 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build up.

Once cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method as directed by the manufacturer, about 5 minutes. Remove the lid and stir in the balsamic vinegar.
