Cheese-Crust Skillet Pizza

Ingredients Required
-
1 ½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
-
5 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
-
2 tablespoons torn fresh basil leaves
-
4 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), thinly sliced
Instructions
Place a 10-inch non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese into the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese has melted and formed a crust.
Arrange slices of tomato, fresh basil leaves, and mozzarella on top of the melted cheese, leaving space for the cheese to crisp into a "crust." Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the top is bubbling and the edges turn golden brown.
Take the skillet off the heat and carefully loosen the pizza with a spatula. Transfer the pizza onto a cutting board and let it cool for a minute before slicing it up.

Chef's Tips:
The crust is thin and delicate, so avoid piling on too many toppings. However, feel free to experiment with different options like pepperoni, ham, pineapple, or BBQ chicken.
