Step-by-Step Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix together tomato sauce, tomato paste, and Creole seasoning.

Heat tortillas in the microwave or oven. Dip each tortilla in the tomato sauce mixture and place in a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Fill each with cheese, onions, olives, and mushrooms, then roll them up. Continue until the dish is full, then sprinkle a little cheese on top.
