Cheesy Corn Casserole

1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn muffin mix
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Stir in the whole-kernel corn, Cheddar cheese, onions, and chiles. Gently fold in the corn muffin mix until just combined.

Bake for about 75 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden. Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
