Cheesy Hamburger Noodle Casserole

1 onion, chopped

2 cups sour cream

2 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 (6 ounce) package egg noodles

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 (32 ounce) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture, sour cream, corn, mushroom soup, chicken soup, and egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer the mixture into a 13x8-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the noodles are tender. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
