2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into chunks

1 cup plain dried bread crumbs

1 cup oil for frying

8 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed

8 ounces cubed ham

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the egg and 1/2 cup of milk. Add the chicken pieces, coating them evenly, then drain and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet to 375°F (190°C), and fry the breaded chicken cubes until golden brown on all sides. Once done, transfer them to paper towels to drain.

Arrange the fried chicken cubes in a glass baking dish. Add Swiss cheese and ham, then mix the soup with 1 cup of milk and pour the mixture over the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
